Needed to have some bodywork done after a friend bumped into my car on accident. Came here for an estimate and was very happy with the entire process! The lady giving the estimate was very thorough and explained the entire process of the work that needed to be done, gave me great assurances that they would make sure the paint and body would be like new again after the work had been done. All of the staff here were very open to answering any questions that I had. This made me very comfortable having this work done and spending the amount of money that was required to do the job right! ... When I returned, the employees were happy to see me and remembered my name even, I feel like I made friends during my first visit!! Lol. My car also blew me away when I saw it! It was cleaned, inside and out! They also did a polish job on the entire car which made it look like new and I couldn't even tell where they had done their repair! New Smile Auto Body is the best body shop I have ever encountered over the past 40 years I've used different shops. They are very professional, extremely thorough and the quality of their work is exceptional. The office staff are also very nice and extremely thorough. This company is very organized and I have never seen a job done as well as theirs. Eddie and his team worked on repairing my front bumper and replacing the rear one. The repaired front bumper looks as if it is brand new. It is in perfect condition, no imperfections and everything matches and is aligned perfectly. The new rear bumper was painted perfectly and was aligned correctly to remove the large gap I had previously between the bumper and body. The previous bumper cover spacers were epoxied onto the car (from a different shop). They had to go through the hassle of removing these permanently glued brackets and installing new cover spacers to make sure the bumper fits correctly. These guys will do it right to make sure everything is done the proper way. They have definitely increased the value of my car. I enjoyed working with Eddie. He is extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and not pushy for you business, nor ignore you because he doesn't care. He makes excellent recommendations and listens to what you want. He is very understanding and accommodating for any needs you have. I really respect him for all his knowledge on what is needed to do an excellent job. read more

Alfredo knows what he is talking about, he is reliable, honest and always keeping you informed of the status of the repair. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly making the process so easy. My vehicle when returned looked like new, although the damage was in only certain parts of the truck, they took care of every little scratch around the truck interior and exterior. I was passing through LA visiting friends and someone hit my car and ran. Luckily it was right near New Smile. I didn't know anything about them but a few guys from the shop immediately came to my rescue, offered me a free tow, hung out and helped me with insurance info, and even gave security footage to the police and insurance company because they caught it all on tape. I know from experience that getting taken advantage of by auto shops is common but these guys were the nicest and realest people in the world, very modest and honest, a huge help, and overall a true blessing.
