He was also very patient with those of us with physical ability challenges. We arrived in Long Beach for our Harbor tour and had a wonderful time. I contacted him by phone and he ws punctual in returning to pick us up to drive us to our lunch destination where we continued in our festivities. In spite of the bus having mechanical issues, which delayed our final pickup, Raphael was clearly frustrated and apologetic. He was genuine and sincere, and our group of seniors understood that things sometimes happen that are beyond our control. Overall, we are grateful for the services of FastDeer, and we would not hesitate to use your services again. Shout out to Raphael for remaining cool under pressure!

The traffic to get to this location is amazingly slow. There is minimal street parking available, due to other businesses in the area. Be prepared to park a bit farther away, or to go in loops around the blocks to find available parking. The waiting room inside is pretty empty with cheap plastic chairs. No tables or magazines available. Only one TV available in the waiting room. I didn't go to the bathroom here, but my companions did. You'll need a key from the front desk to use the bathroom. Bus was late by like an hour. They didn't let us buy a ticket for the bus until a certain time frame. I'm not too sure about why was that. Overall, I think there were better options to going from there to TJ airport. But the bus finally came and it looked like my companion was ok as I bid him farewell for his short voyage. I am incredibly grateful to Nada bus company and will highly recommend them to field trip coordinators at every school. I can see why Nada Bus is an approved charter bus company for my school district. They should have a gold star next to their name. I thought maybe it was an accident, but he did it to 2 other cars and continued to ride people's bumpers in heavy traffic on the 215N. I've never reported a driver before, but considering we almost lost our lives and had difficulty getting our car back onto the road, I called the company to tell them what happened. The woman on the phone "well if you're safe now, then you're okay!" I told her I was really concerned about this driver and she laughed at me before asking why I was talking on the phone while driving (I'm the passenger, but truly so rude to ask). Embarrassing for this company and it sounds like they have a long history of being endangering others on the road. Please avoid this company for your transportation needs.

It's basic, cheap transportation. They use yield management to adjust ticket prices, to fill up…read morebusses. You do have to be careful to be at the bus stop ahead of time. Just like an airline, they can leave you behind or allocate your seat to a standby traveler. Similar comment applies to rest stops - be sure to be back on time, or stay on the bus. They run a pretty tight schedule. And if they waited for one or two stragglers, they would inconvenience 50+ other riders. Keep in mind, their double-decker buses don't have overhead storage. So any bags you bring on board, are going to be by your feet for the duration of the trip. Leg room is fairly tight. Seats have decent lumbar support - I've been able to sleep for a few hours on overnight busses. You do run some risk of delays / cancellation. And since they operate off the street, they often don't have customer service reps to assist in person. They don't have a lot of contingencies available, unless you're on a route with frequent service. The trips I've taken, they've been pretty punctual. And their drivers are pretty good about making sure people don't hog two seats when the bus is full. So you get what you pay for.

So served as a major warning to all passengers using megabus to forget about Megabus from now on, cuz once u left yr stuff in the bus, u can say "Goodbye" to it.., cuz u wouldn't be getting it back ever again..
