I placed a pick up order and it took forever just to get an employee's attention then they directed me to the middle of the restaurant. No organization. I honestly have to say I wish I would have enjoyed my meal. I ordered on Uber Eats and had late night munchies. I had a craving for something real and debated between this and Taco Mac....I sadly wish I would have just stuck to Taco Mac. I will say, the packaging was very nice and I feel if I had the appreciation for Vietnamese food, this place would have gotten 5 stars. Don't get me wrong, I love Pho and a few others, but the more I experiment with Vietnamese food, the more I find out I'm not the biggest fan...The problem is, everything tasted fishy. I ordered the House special Fried Rice which came with 2 mini grilled steaks, Vietnamese sausage, pork,pork skins, and vietnamese meatballs, shrimp along with a fried egg. I thought the meal would be more like a fried rice with all the ingredients mixed together, but it was served separately with white rice. The steaks were tasty and tasted grilled and I ate that with the egg and the rice. The meatballs and vietnamese sausage were not appetizing at all! I guess I expected something differently but I'm not sure what types of meat they use to mix together to create the sausage and meatball. I literally felt like I wasted my money. I literally only ate a fried egg, 2 mini steaks and white rice with some of the hot sauce from the meal. After being disappointed, I opened the next package I had which was fried chicken wings! How could you get this wrong you may think??? Well, one bite and I tasted what tasted like fish sauce AGAIN. Literally covered in the wings. I thought this was a fried chicken wing order?!?! I was so dissapointed! I had NOTHING to eat! I didn't even eat the chicken. The taste through me off completely. I really feel like this restaurant strives to make good food, because you can tell by the packaging and little things like that, but the fish sauce on everything is killing me. Went here for dinner last night around 7:30pm. Casual, loud music atmosphere. We were promptly seated, given menus and our drink order taken. Wait staff was prompt and attentive throughout our meal. Had the spring rolls with chicken. Was delicious and, again, service was very prompt. For entrees we had the filet mignon, brisket pho and noodles with grilled chicken. Both were very good, fresh and, once again, service was prompt. Keep our drinks full and on top of all our questions. The first place I had coming to Georgia! I got the combination rice (dac biet) and it was amazing. Huge portions with shrimp, marinated pork, shrimp patty, pork patty, and egg patty. The rice came with a fried egg on top and some pickled veggies and (I think) tendons. This dish is great if you're looking for a variety, as it comes with a little bit of everything! My favorites were the bbq pork and the egg, but honestly, everything was fantastic and portion sizes were large. I ended up taking some to go. We were in ATL for the weekend and after leaving the 24 hour Korean spa, we were so glad there was a 24 hour pho restaurant close by. It was cute, the restaurant was big and open. We got nam-neung spring rolls, wish there was more meat in it. Some of us got the broth soup with meat, they said it was a bit strong from the star herb. Some got the rice dishes, which we really liked. Everything was flavorful and the sauce that came with it was good as well, that makes a huge difference. Will definitely be back. read more

I was craving pho late at night and this one was one of the couple places that were open. Event though this place says its 24 hours, it's actually not. I think it only stays open until midnight. I got us a table, and they brought water for everyone while we waited for everyone else to get there. Once everyone was seated they actually took a long time to come check on our table, even though we noticed them we were ready to order. As an appetizer, I got Shrimp Spring Rolls, my favorite thing about these are the peanut dipping sauce. So good!! I usually get Pho Dac Biet because it has a little bit of everything: Steak, Brisket, Flank, Tendon beef ball & tripe, and it was great too. Only thing is the service, they have potential to be su much better. I might be back if there isn't anything else opened around. New Super Pho looks like a traditional Vietnamese restaurant. Their menu is huge, offering a variety of Vietnamese dishes. They even have dishes that aren't found in your typical pho places. They also have a huge Banh Mi menu. I tried a few things on the menu. Even with their big menu, everything I had was satisfactory. Nothing is bad here. I would even say some things are excellent. I did have some favorites. Their Goi Cuon (spring rolls) is one of the better ones I've tasted. Their slices of pork and shrimp that's stuffed inside are huge and delicious. It's a hearty roll. Their pho is good. It's standard fatty beef broth with a lot of star anis. Is it the best pho I've tasted in Atlanta? No, but it's good enough. It'll satisfy my cravings. Their Bun is my favorite dish of theirs. Their vermicelli seems slightly thicker than other places. They give you a ton of goodies. And they give you a ton of Grilled pork, which is packed with flavor. Slather on the fish sauce and enjoy. Their Bun Bo Hue is great too. It has all the goodies like blood cubes, a fat pork knuckles, and more! The soup was hearty, fragrant, and spicy (but not too spicy). Maybe the broth could be a bit more spicy, but it was a solid Bun Bo Hue. Their Banh Mis are ok. I would go to a place that specialized in Banh Mi instead. But if you're already at New Super Pho and craving a Vietnamese sandwich made with Baugettes, it's good as any. It'll satisfy. At least they open late. Most Banh Mi places are closed at around 7PM. So if you have a late-night Banh Mi craving, this place is good place to get some. Their Hu Tieu Mi Thap Cam was a good one too. Their broth was lighter, even though it was pork based. But still flavorful. I loved the quail eggs. It's one of my other favorite Vietnamese noodle soups. It's always a battle whether to get this, pho, or Bun Bo Hue when I'm craving a Vietnamese Noodle soup. And New Super Pho does Hu Tieu decently. On busy nights, like Saturday, they are busy. You come in and you can sit down wherever. Make sure someone sees you and acknowledges you. They are pretty no-nonsense, a true Asian restaurant. I would suggest coming in person and ordering for take out (maybe call in person?). Like most other Restaurants, they charge an extra "Grubhub" tax if you order online (or Skipli tax). Their prices are inflated when ordering online to get around the vig. read more

This place was good for a while, but they are definitely lacking now that they've gotten more busy. I found a cockroach while walking to the restroom coming from the kitchen. They served us COLD tea, which is supposed to actually be hot tea. We usually always get the banh mi and it was cold and bland. You can't mess up spring rolls and even the spring rolls were horrible. Overall, the quality in this restaurant has declined BADLY and QUICKLY. Make sure you look at the prices on the menu because they overcharge. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Came in for the first time around 11pm on a Friday night. I'm surprised there were that many occupied tables and tables with dirty dishes. However, I only saw like 2 servers running around. Took a while just to get a menu to look at and some water. Now I know this place is called Super Pho, so a person would only assume that their specialty is pho.. right? Wrong! Great food. Usually I'm not optimistic about Vietnamese restaurants with a diverse menu but New Super Pho is surprisingly consistently good to great on every category. This location is packed on the weekends but dead on weekdays. Regardless of whether they pack a full house or is serving me, myself and Irene, it's never more than 3 servers. So 9 out of 10 dine-in experiences, the quality of service is the walk-out-the-door-ain't-tipping-you-shit type. The last time I was there, they were packed, again I see 3 servers. My first thought is to walk out but my dad really wanted to eat their Bo Ne dish so I stayed. Order was taken quickly so this might not turn out as bad as I'd thought. Food came out within 10 minutes and was hot. Thumbs up. Except the Bo Ne dish was missing the bread and side veggies and my son needs his side bowl and scissors, which I've asked for when order was placed. No biggie. They'll bring out the remaining items with my dish i assume. 10 minutes had gone by and neither the missing items nor my order was anywhere in sight. my son had started eating his noodles like an adult in the absence of typical toddler aides (I guess that's a good thing). But my dad needs the bread and veggies. In case you're not familiar with the dish, serving Bo Ne without the bread and veggies is like serving a fajita without the tortillas, or a sandwich without the bread, milk tea with the milk. Long story short, the food quality is excellent. So stick to Doordashing for this place. When you order to go, they get it right every time. Never done in person. I ordered the P1 Pho Dac Biet and it was just okay. Not the best pho, but also not the worst. I've had much better. Service was also not great. He was loud and rude. He also wasn't happy when we only ordered one order of pho to share instead of getting 2 orders. We asked for a small bowl as well and we were given a dirty bowl. Well, the plus side is that the pho is relatively cheap and this place is open during late hours. It's about $10.50 for the largest bowl. I've been here twice for different dishes. When they first opened we tried the Pho. It was the clear broth variety like you would find at Saigon Cafe. Not a lot of gritty spices swimming in the bottom of the to go container. The recipe may have changed since their grand opening. Recently we were looking for some place to get takeout after midnight. We opted for Banh Mi from New Super Pho. Food was prepared quickly and the bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Not really too much to say about a simple Banh Mi from anywhere. It was good and we were happy that there's a late night place that's not a Waffle House or 24 hour Diner to choose from. The parking lot is amazingly full after midnight so that's a good sign that the value vs driving farther is in your favor if you come here. read more

I always get crabmeat rangoon with my pho. Their pho was good but when I took a bite out of the rangoon, there were no crabmeat to be found. I know they're supposed to use imitation crab but seriously, none. Just cream cheese. I would find a tiny piece of green onion and one tiny square of crab meat in one or two, but that was it!! I figured maybe it's just the first one I had, tried another, still no crab meat. I asked an employee why there aren't any crabmeat in my crabmeat rangoon, he explained that it's just a name and it doesn't actually have crabmeat in it. I always order crabmeat rangoon as an appetizer wherever I go to eat with my pho, I'm pretty sure it's supposed to have crab meat in it!! I even looked up recipes online before writing this review. & yes, they ALL include crab meat!!! I really enjoy this place as it was the place that my wife and I went to frequently when we were dating. They have really good pho options but the prices have increased like most restaurants because of the economy. Food came out fast and was also very good. Pho was flavorful no additional seasonings needed-taste good straight outta the kitchen. Bahn mi-traditional pork roll one omg sooo good!!! Got a large lychee test with chia seeds and jelly...came out fast and omg the size was ginormous for the $6 price! Most places have standard size but this was like a convenient store size large lol!! I do not have any pictures to add because we get this for takeout every time, but we have ordered from this place four times so far the past few months and have been nothing but extremely happy each time. Their Vietnamese coffee is so delicious and tastes authentic, it is also super strong so if you need to get going definitely order the iced Vietnamese coffee. This place has a nice variety of dishes, but I'd probably only stick to a few of them. The banh canh and pho bo is pretty good -- very nice flavorful broths (probably one of the best in-restaurant broths I've had so far), though they might be a bit stingy on the meat for both. The service is quite poor and no one stops by to check how you're doing or if the check is needed (which is pretty standard in most Viet restaurants I've been to, however our server spent majority his time sitting/chatting in the corner of the room). I do enjoy calling in my order for pick up from them instead--which is probably where they excel at. Their to-go order packaging is phenomenal: the noodles are packed in a convenient bowl container that you can eat out of (and they even go as far as boiling the thin beef slices for you so no need to re-boil the broth prior to eating). Some other downsides: I'm definitely not a fan of the crab rangoons here. The broken rice dish I've ordered before didn't even have broken rice (grilled pork was perfect though). Due to Covid and practicing social distancing/"quarantining" we ordered delivery from New Super Pho twice and was pleased with their consistency. I highly recommend their to-go/takeout pho. They package it up well and also comes with all the fixings that you would normally get if you ate inside the restaurant. I've steered away from delivery/takeout pho from experiences from other places but this restaurant made me change my mind. They put the pho in a nice bowl along with fresh greens, onions, lime, etc. They also give a generous noodle for the medium size which I appreciate a restaurant that's not stingy with portions. They are also pretty generous with the toppings for your pho. The pho meat portions were pretty good too here. The pho broth is on point. Fragrant and has depth in flavor. We also ordered 2 different types of spring rolls (shrimp and pork). Good flavor but the spring rolls are a little thinner than other places but I would still get them again here. The chicken bahnmi we ordered once for takeout was not my fav. Not sure if I would try it again. The chicken was a little too mushy for my liking. One visit, everything is great, while another you wonder why you even visited in the first place. Super Pho is under new management now. The menu has changed along with the management. Their website isn't quite up to date either so it wouldn't be too good of resource to rely on for the menu and specials. The service can be good here depending who's on shift. They really don't check on you that often and there are times where you have to flag them down for assistance. Average at best. Could be a lot better with a few fixes here and there. read more

Food is good, best thing is you can get pho, banh mi, bún and bubble tea all in one place. The place is large with plenty of seating, but service is a little slow. Easy to take the kids though. I had the bún with shrimp, chargrilled pork skewers, egg roll and it was a beautiful plating! It tasted very good too. The spicy noodle soup broth was rich and flavorful. This Vietnamese restaurant, which is attached to Jazen Tea next door (same owner), opened in the Satellite Shops II strip mall near Gwinnett Place Mall in May 2016. In general, I like Super Pho's menu, their specials, great service, and fun spin they put on the traditional pho restaurant. From my experience, the pho and banh mi were decent, but the other dishes left something to be desired. If Super Pho was located in a smaller metro with less Vietnamese options, I'd probably give it 4 stars. It's above average from that perspective. Super Pho is open early (7am) and closes late (11pm), 7 days a week. Yes, you can get breakfast here. Their early bird special is a free beignet with the purchase of a cafe drink, 8am-11am. Happy hour is 3pm-5pm where pho is buy one, get one free (BOGO). The sign on the street says you can also get BOGO pho from 9pm-11pm, but the menu and the truck outside only say 3pm-5pm. Either way, it's a great deal and the first of its kind that I've seen at any pho restaurant in metro Atlanta. The beignets are a first as well as far as pho restaurants go. Yet another first among pho restaurants in metro Atlanta: Super Pho has an open kitchen. The restaurant has a simple, contemporary design. It's spacious and good for groups. Super Pho and Jazen Tea are connected. The backside of the Super Pho menu (food) is the Jazen Tea menu (drinks). You can order coffee, tea (including boba tea), smoothies, fruit slushies, and other beverages from Jazen Tea directly at your table at Super Pho. So conveniently, one advantage this business has is you are able to satisfy both your pho and boba tea cravings all in one spot. Super Pho's menu consists of appetizers (e.g. egg rolls, spring rolls), bun (rice vermicelli noodles), com (rice dishes), pho (Vietnamese noodle soup), banh mi (Vietnamese baguette sandwiches), and some other dishes like bun bo (spicy noodle soup) and banh mi bo kho (beef stew with a baguette). Most items are affordably priced at under $10 each. Pho is priced at $7.55 for a "rose" bowl and $8.50 for a "super" bowl. A couple disappointing things about the menu: There was no bun thit nuong cha gio (rice vermicelli noodles with grilled pork and fried egg rolls) nor com dac biet (special combination rice dish). Instead, there were simplified versions of these dishes. I guess I could have ordered egg rolls or extra toppings and made my own, but it's not the same. We visited for Sunday lunch and I tried the following: * S1. Papaya salad ($4.72) - shredded green papaya, beef jerky strips, and basil with soy-rice vinegar * P0. Special combination pho (rose size, regularly $7.55) - steak, brisket, flank, tendon, beef ball, and tripe * BM8. Grilled pork baguette (regularly $3.78) * N4. Grilled pork noodles ($8.50) * D5. Vietnamese iced cafe au lait (regularly $3.31) The papaya salad was OK. The papaya tasted fresh. However, the salad didn't taste flavorful enough. The addition of beef jerky strips was interesting. It added a salty, savory flavor to the salad as well as a tough texture. Some added spice would have been nice. I took leftovers of this salad home and it actually tasted better later that night because the papaya had marinated in the vinegar more. There was more flavor and it was sweeter the second go-round. Super Pho has over 10 different kinds of pho to choose from including a "pho fondue" where you dip various ingredients into a pho hot pot. A nice combo they offer is any pho (rose bowl size) + any banh mi for $9.45 ($1.88 in savings). This is what we did. I thought the special combination pho (pho dac biet) was good. It wasn't the best in town, but it was hardly substandard either. I'd order it again. The broth was tasty enough and the quality of the meats and veggies was fine. The grilled pork baguette (banh mi heo nuong) didn't look like much, but I thought it was actually the most delicious item of the day. I really liked their rich and buttery house mayo. Also, the bread was excellent -- crispy, but not too hard, and warm and soft. The grilled pork noodles (bun thit nuong) were disappointing both in look and in taste. In terms of look, the noodles weren't presented as neatly or colorfully as other bowls of bun I've had around Atlanta. The grilled pork wasn't the red grilled pork was I used to seeing nor was it as tasty. Overall, the noodles just didn't have great flavor and this was after dumping the entire serving of fish sauce into the bowl. I got the Vietnamese iced cafe au lait (ca phe sua da) for free because I brought my Super Pho glass coffee mug, which I acquired at a Yelp event at Super Pho in 2016, with me. Apparently, anyone who has one of these mugs is entitled to free coffee "for life." As soon as our server Alfred saw my mug, he brought me an iced coffee immediately. The coffee, which was made with condensed milk, was super sweet (too sweet), but I finished it anyway. Service by Alfred was terrific! read more
