I've had this service in my establishment for about 8 months now. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY- GO ELSEWHERE. Nearly every order I have received was wet in the bags they're packaged in- towels/mopheads/linen bag CONSTANTLY smell like mold. At the beginning I naively assumed it was some weird fluke and gave them grace as I would receive a new set of towels/mopheads/bags upon request (which I shouldn't have had to do in the first place!) HOWEVER this problem escalated immensely as time went on- they (Rob and Adam, unsure of their official roles) claim that me and all SEVEN of my bartenders are simply "making up" the smells. That we may have recieved one or two faulty deliveries which they assumed responsibility for in the past, but now. . . we're just making it up! In summary, these guys are great at first impressions but as soon as about your three month mark with the company hit, they could care less about their customers. BUYERS BEWARE. read more

I used to work for this company in Kent, WA. At first, I thought, "Wow, this is an easy job." But it didn't take long to realise things weren't quite right. From my experience, the company leans heavily into locking customers into long-term contracts that may start off cheap but gradually increase in price over time, often without much transparency. That led to a lot of frustration from customers, and unfortunately, we were the ones on the receiving end of it. I was regularly dealing with complaints about incomplete inventory deliveries, constant price changes, and overall inconsistency--none of which were within my control. There also seems to be a high turnover rate. Employees, including management, don't tend to stick around very long. The longest-tenured person I saw had only been there about three years, which says a lot. That said, I do want to give credit where it's due--Evan stands out as someone who genuinely cares and understands how to manage people. From my perspective, though, he's stretched way too thin and doesn't get the support he needs from higher-ups. That lack of support trickles down and affects both employees and customers. I wouldn't necessarily say "run away," but I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company--either as a customer or employee--to do their research and make an informed decision. Please listen to me clearly. Do not use New System Laundry. They made a major error on an order and then denied it. Not only this, but the quality of their service is the absolute worst I have ever seen. I then tried to leave the contract for their breach and they attempted to bring legal action against me. All of this created a massive amount of stress. Do not use them. I have never been treated so poorly by a vendor in all my life. read more

Absolutely the worst company. I feel bad for their workers. The management does not care at all about issues. You get charged for no service. Their management has no customers care at all. 5 Star Service from our Rep for sure. James goes above and beyond. We have a dog on the property...the metal clips on the coveralls are annoying for us to step on but worse for Max. James removes them all each week. He communicates well and is always on time or early. We have had other Coverall Services before and are always disappointed. I keep thinking something will go wrong but James is always 1 step ahead. Here we are over a year in & The Fab Shop is still lucky to have him as our driver! read more

New System, laundry service is the single most worst experience I've had with any commercial business in 50 years. I get weekly laundry service at my office and half the sheets are dirty with boot marks and black smears. I have to take them and throw them immediately into the dirty laundry without using them, and then I pay for them they overcharge and have very creative accounting they change The cost of my service every week even though it's on a steady inventory. When I asked them to adjust the charges, they say OK we are sorry and then it doesn't happen. I can't believe I put up with that for over a year and a half before I fired them, I'm much happier doing my laundry at home now. It's worth it to not have the household and the erroneous fraudulent charges on my bank account. Oh yeah, I forgot I had given them a key to my office for after hours and they lost my key twice and I had to change my locks twice because of their Negligence. Also, in a year and a half I've been through nine delivery people because the company apparently is horrible to work for and everybody keeps leaving. Run don't walk away, you'd be better off doing your own laundry or hiring a local small service than hiring a new system laundry. Definitely do not recommend. read more

I guess it's all about your assigned rep. Mine is Ryan Olson, and he is fantastic! Whenever I've had any issues (either their mistake or mine), he has shown up in person within a half an hour to resolve, and never charges for these unscheduled deliveries. The rates are a little spendy, but I am a very small business and get the minimum charge of $50 every 2 weeks. If you're downtown and can get Ryan as your guy, you won't be disappointed. read more

Hidden fees, poor tracking practices that result in bad billing practices, and long term (5 year) automatically renewed contracts unless you cancel in the 90 days window you have each 5 years to do so should let you know all you need to about this business. I've been receiving deliveries from New System for a number of years and was surprised to see some of the negative reviews. I've had nothing but good experiences with delivery and product. My linens are always super-clean, folded neatly and deliveries happen when I expect them to. As a business owner, these kinds of details really matter to me. My delivery person, Kyle is super friendly and reliable; I also talked with a manager named Chris today about some sheets that I had forgotten to rotate back into inventory, and it was a really pleasant experience. I would STRONGLY advise against doing any business with this company. My work has been in a contract with them for years. Over the last while their linens have gotten increasingly dirty and dingy. When we receive "clean linens" weekly, they are consistently full of a lot of hair, some are tattered and stained. I have tried to work on the problem with them, but to no avail, they tell me they are "within industry standards" , I am in the medical field, I cannot have hair in my linens...Their contracts are iron clad and impossible to get out of. I have been sending pictures and returning unusable linens to them for over 5 months now trying to correct the issue or get out of the contract. They will not let us go...Run for the hills before doing business with this company!! read more

My experience with this company has been very bad. The actual drivers seem nice but the inventory was poorly managed and prices were represented as low while an ever increasing amount of additional charges appeared. After I terminated service I have been charged $24 per sheet and $8 per towel. Beware of this company. read more
