For over 2 weeks, I kept having clogs and leak from our toilet, I know, gross. I contacted Khan and he stopped by the next day to check out the issue and troubleshoot. Initially Khan diagnosed it was a misalignment from our main sewer pipe with City main pipe using his fancy technology. Khan actually showed me the issue as he was diagnosing for transparency. However, to be sure of the diagnosis and not to charge me for unnecessary service, Khan revisited with his colleague and they confirmed that it was the old sewer pipe rusting and retaining waste due to the rust, see attached photos of removed pipes. Hot water in our house was finishing up faster than usual in the recent weeks, until suddenly one…read moreday it was almost not available. We have small kids in the house, so needed repair urgently. I messaged Khan (BK) at 9pm and he replied almost immediately saying he can come in at 9am the next day. BK arrived on time, and scanned the water heater code and showed me that the warranty had expired few years ago and it was a 10yr old unit (which I knew). He recommended to change it out for a new one, which I was already prepared for. Got in touch with his supplier and got me a great rate on the new unit and parts.
