Each seat cover cost $400 and labor is $200 per seat. I don't want to spend that much money since my 4 runner is 24 years old. Anyway, when the owner showed me what the seat covers look like, I was blown away. I went ahead and seal the deal. I chose the color I want and they filled the cushion. When mine was done, I was very pleased. It is worth every penny. I highly recommend this place

I reached out to Furniture & Repairs for a couple or recliners that my grandmother needed repaired. They were quick with a response through Yelp and even followed up with me directly before reaching out to my grandmother. Not only were they thorough in explaining the estimate and repair process, they followed up multiple times to try and schedule an appointment -- only wish grandma would have put in her hearing aids a little sooner to answer their calls! Ultimately, she decided that purchasing a new vinyl recliner might be more frugal but is looking forward to having them come out and repair a leather recliner once she's got her new furniture delivered. She was a wizard at assisting us in choosing a cat-proof fabric to restore our beloved Room & Board sleeper sofa (it has the best sleeper mattress by far). Joanne has experience in cat-proofing with her own little critters, and she swore by the fabric that looked great after 7 years and counting in her house. It definitely gave us confidence, even knowing how destructive our little critters can be. Joanne was extremely responsive and most of our communication was accomplished remotely, but we also benefited greatly from visiting the office and going through fabrics. She gave us a competitive price that INCLUDED pickup and delivery, which is a rarity these days and made for an UNBEATABLE price. The sleeper sofa was no easy task for delivery, but Joanne's crew was amazing in bringing it back in pieces and reassembling on the spot! Perfectly done. The quality of the upholstering work is impeccable. Joanne's team did such a good job that we now know the areas where Room & Board skimped, as Joanne's team did not skimp! It's like having my own private upholsterer. My first adventure involved my dog and her ball that kept rolling under the couch. Silly dog shredded the skirt of my slipcover and Faviola was able to find/match the fabric and replace just the skirt. Totally washable slipcover, super comfy sofa was new again. Fast forward, sofa cushions got tired, cover still lovely, so Faviola and team refilled my cushions, made the cushions like new again. Fast forward to this past visit.... dog again... shredded too much, so we had a whole new slipcover for my 20 year sofa and it's fantastic!! Faviola is a great careful, communicator. His quote to me was very competitive, and even a little bit better, than other companies. And to make it even better, he included free pickup and delivery. They charged me $125 to fix a lift recliner that they did not fix. It's impossible to reach anyone…read morein this company and they don't stand behind their work. Now I have to find a different company to help and this company stole money from me. I will NEVER use them again nor do I recommend them. This company's communication came out to repair a lift recliner chair. The technician, a very nice man, reported that the problem was a wire under the chair. He claimed to have repaired the wire and fixed the chair. I paid him $125. The next morning, when the chair was used again, it once again failed to decline after lifting. I called the company back and reported the chair was not fixed. They got back to me two days later. Then they requested more pictures of the chair in order to schedule a technician to return. I sent them immediately via email. I also told them via email, voicemail & text that it was the Control Box under the chair and to have the technician bring a control box on his vehicle. The company never acknowledged this information. And the technician did NOT have a control box with him when he showed up a week later. Once there, he reported it was indeed the control box and he now had to order the part which could take up to two weeks to receive and 2-4 weeks to come back and install it. AND he wanted to charge me an additional $185 for the part. Their rate for a diagnostic is supposed to be $50. I paid $125 already. And 2-4 weeks? This chair is my mom's only chair and it still doesn't work. Wtf did I pay for? So...instead of fixing the chair, I decided not to. Why sink over $300 into an old chair when a new chair is less than $500? That makes no sense. This company's customer service is non-existent. They don't answer their phone and everything is robotic about the experience. While the technician was nice enough, he did not do the job correctly and preferred to argue when I called him out on it. I maintain that I will not use them again.
