I spoke to three companies and decided to go with Alex's company, New Venture, because I liked the personal care and touch from his small business. For instance, when I contacted another company with high Yelp reviews they put me into their system, which led to repeated automated follow-up emails. Then when someone came in person, I felt he was honest and that I'd be comfortable going with him. That's when he shared that his team would do the window tinting, not him. Nope, they lost me. I went back to Alex and asked him if he could get an Avery ceramic tint for me - a higher quality film than the one I was originally quoted. There are many companies which can do window tinting but for home window tinting, I contacted Alex based on his reviews and photos from previous projects. Alex was friendly and professional over the phone after showing him what I wanted done. He texted me when he was on his way to do the window tinting on my home window and arrived on-time. He finished within an hour and after the film was applied, it took a day or two for it to dry. I noticed there were scratch marks on the film and asked Alex about it. He said that he would redo the entire window again and made sure the next film he had wouldn't have any marks on them.
