I called this business on a Thursday and they came to my home on Saturday morning the job took about 15-20 minutes and done. The technicians were friendly and professional the fee was what I consider fair $325 with warranty. From beginning to end my experience was wonderful no complaints. Had a broken back windshield on my Nissan Rogue that needed replaced. Glassman came to my spot and fixed it in less than 1 hr. Crew did a good job with the cleanup making sure no pieces of broken glass was left behind and even tried to fix my windshield motor that was broken off from the windshield breaking. The only few things I would have to gripe about is I had to wait almost a week and a half in order to get the windshield. Also the labor for jpb doesn't add up to how long it took the crew to fix the windshield. All in all a good job. read more

I figured it would be safest to have my car glass replacement done through the Toyota dealer and they contracted out the work through Glassman. They did a really good job with the installation. They were very knowledgeable on removing the car trim/panels. The glass was installed well. There were some loose glass shards rattling inside the hatchback panel which can be very difficult to remove and they were so thorough at removing them and stopping the rattling sound. I even asked them questions and they were so friendly explaining things to me. Definitely recommend them. The dealer chose them for good reason. read more

My car was hit with debris while driving on the freeway, which sadly left two cracks on my front windshield. Luckily, my car insurance would help pay for a portion (after my deductible maxed out). I called Glass-Man Glass because they were recommended by Toyota and I truly loved their service. Not only were they timely and professional when I called and left a message, they made sure to complete it in a timely manner (calling back and offering a quote for the entire glass and labor). The person I communicated with was also extremely friendly throughout our entire conversation. Their price was lower than the other two places I called (one which AAA recommended). What was also amazing was that they come to you rather than the other way around. They were able to meet in front of my parents and changed my front windshield while I ate breakfast inside. The service was exceptional. Not only were they meticulous in how they got things completed, they were also very considerate. The man who changed my front windshield even went around wiping the areas he touched throughout the entire process so as not to leave fingerprint marks. Story of my life. (No, really, this is going to be a long story, but I promise, it's worth it!) That's what I thought after I returned to my car, and saw a pool of shattered tempered glass along the passenger side of my car. I didn't even care that all that was missing was a bag of work clothes that I had worn earlier that day. I was just..annoyed. Frustrated. On a Monday. Seriously. SERIOUSLY? (SERIOUSLY, you broke my window to take my stuffy clothes & stanky shoes?!) How much is this going to cost? How long will it take the mechanic to fix this? After nightmarish thoughts ($500 for a window?! In the shop for a week?!), I went online to scope out the best option. A few auto-repair shops caught my eye, but I found Glass-Man Glass Co, and was impressed with their mobile service. Checked out their reviews and their site, and decided to give them a ring. I don't remember the name of the gentleman on the phone who immediately picked up, but he was so friendly and reassuring that I could feel my anxiety start to melt away. After giving him the model & make of my car, which window needed repair, he quoted me a flat rate of $189 including all labor, parts, everything. I was in shock. That's all that I have to cough up, and I don't even have to go out of my way to a shop?? I saw the $10 off for mentioning the website, and he immediately obliged. BAM! Only $179. Miguel came to my work place the next morning (I had asked for Glass-Man to come from 8-12PM), and he was very professional and friendly. He immediately took my keys, and said he would call me once he was finished. In a little over an hour, my window was completely repaired. He had me test the locks, the door, the window motor, EVERYTHING! It was better than the original window! What's even more amazing is that he apologized for not being able to vacuum my car more thoroughly. SERIOUSLY. You JUST vacuumed my car of all that broken glass (and who else knows what was in there), and you're saying sorry?! He took my credit card, got my signature, and in no time, everything was done. I seriously have been smiling ever since. Yes, having my window broken was a big fail, but having honest businesses such as Glass-Man offer expedient service, quality customer-service, and competitive prices? After being quoted a price of $660 by the Honda dealership to replace my cracked windshield (!), I decided I was definitely going to need to shop around. Because $660? For a windshield? Come on. My insurance agent recommended I call these guys because they provide a lot of the glass that this dealership uses and I could possibly get a cheaper price working with them directly. Had two broken windows, the sliders had stopped working so couldn't open the windows anymore. The service gentleman came on time to check out the problems. The 1st window he was able to re-seat the rails and got the window to open. He did not even charge me to fix it! Awesome, and rare today. The second Window needed new rails. During the estimate they even picked up the broken glass in my planters from the incident! So nice! Both he and his assistant were professional, clean, and very nice. They did an excellent job and we will not hesitate to have them back out if we need glass repairs done to our home or vehicles again! They noticed a window in the front of our house that had moisture in it and told me since they are Milgard windows they are free to replace if there is a defect! The repair (big star in the windshield) was as good as possible and Miguel briefed me carefully before starting and offered that, if the repair was unsatisfactory, they would credit the cost toward a new windshield, The work was very well done and all involved were courteous and great to work with.
