Then we were contacted and asked to move the cleaning, which was not possible since we were having the photos the next day. This too got figured out and they came as scheduled on Monday. Cleaner arrived on time and was very nice. Majority of the deep clean went very very well. I noticed after she left multiple areas on the checklist we were provided on the invoice were untouched. The washer and dryer were not touched. There were areas that were still very dusty, or that were half cleaned. For instance, in my daughter's bedroom the night stand has a recessed area, and only the front half was dusted. If you look in, the back half was untouched. The windowsill in the master bedroom was untouched, the curtains were not opened. The floors in the kitchen and dining room looked like they were not sufficiently scrubbed, as I was able to get what looked like "stuck on dirt" off VERY easily. The TV cabinet had a large mark on the front of it, which I easily wiped off after the cleaner left. The baseboards were also untouched in the kitchen. Honestly, the house looks great, maid green did an excellent job with the bathrooms and making the house sparkle. But the attention to detail just seemed a bit off. I should not have been able to wipe so much dust off of my daughter's dresser. There should not have been a pile of dust left on a desk. I recommend this service but please take your time looking over your home before letting the cleaner go. I was able to finish up all the areas that were missed, but if you won't have time to do a second run, you'll want to make sure that your cleaner has gotten to every area.

The flat rate was $145 for 4 hours. However, they finished the work 30 minutes early leaving dust on the kitchen counter and bar. When I told her there's dust in the corner of the countertop that meets the vertical part, she first said they don't clean the back splash and they cleaned the countertop twice but there was just too much dust. First of all, isn't back splash a part of kitchen, which was included in the original quote? Second, as a customer, I don't really care how you clean a certain place, but I do want all the dust is removed. There's no dust on the floor, but their kitchen and bar work is not satisfying at all.
