Removed my liftgate dent but had crazy orange peel. Also I asked if he could fix my spoiler paint chip and my lower tail gate paint chip and he said it would look brand new but all he did was use touch up paint. I do not recommend this guy, I don't know why his rating is so high but the quality of work he does is ridiculous. Saw Kai's review and decided to try this place. First, Refugio came to my apartment parking lot to buff out a scratched spot. Then he picked up my car from my work on another day to finish the work to have another spot taken care of because he needed to use a sander I think, which would have been too loud for my apartment building parking lot. Then a month later, I texted him to come finish the polish because he said to wait a week or 2. I kept forgetting to text him to come back. He was able to finish the polish at my work's parking lot during the day. There are spots of polish left on my bumper but I'm hoping it will come out when I go to the car wash. Overall, a good experience. The best part is not having to rent a car. Mobile is the way to go if you're in an at fault accident and have to pay for your own damages. read more

Overall the repair quality is excellent and the price was cheaper than a traditional body shop. Combined with the convenience of them coming to you and the speed of the repair, I don't think I'll ever go back to a regular body shop again, especially for minor repairs. WARNING!!! LONG READ BUT PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING THEM. COULD SAVE YOU FROM A HUGE HEADACHE AND A RUINED CAR. The day after I bought my 2022 BMW M3 Competition, someone tried to break into my car by prying open a door and made a big dent on the top frame of my driver side rear door. I got many estimates and all shops but this one said that it was in a very tricky spot and they would not be able to repair it to 100%. The owner of the shop reached out to me and GUARANTEED me 100% that he could repair it and make it look like nothing ever happened. I was hesitant because of the area of damage and also what all the other shops said. If it wasn't 100% I was ready to just pay my deductible because he was charging me $450 for the repair and my insurance deductible would only be $50 more to get it fixed from a proper BMW body shop. His worker, Hector (who is actually a really nice guy.. no beef with him, just the boss that I was texting and calling) and his coworker drove out to my apartment and started the repair on the street and everything seemed to be going fine. 5 hours later I go to pick up the car, and there was damage on the paint because apparently a branch fell on the car as oon as they finished painting and he told me they wouldnt be able to finish it. So he told me to stop by his shop in the morning and he'll get it fixed. I was already a bit frustrated, but I held my tongue and went all the way to commerce in heavy traffic to drop off my car early in the morning. 8 hours later I go to pick up my car, and the dent was not 100% removed, there was overspray EVERYWHERE (on the hood, both door panels, the roof, rear and front quarter panel and both driver side windows, windshield and back window). It was already getting late so I brought the car home and removed some of the overspray myself but I put a paint light to the repaired area and the paint was two completely different colors. I was furious and I called the owner and he insisted that he will fix it himself and asked me to bring it to his HOUSE. First of all, this guy guaranteed me more than once and gave me his word and I gave him two chances and he royally messed up my $80k car TWICE. His response was, "But it wasn't ME who did it. I will fix it for you. Bring it to my house tomorrow." A HOUSE???? Even if it was a body shop, I wouldn't trust this guy because he already guaranteed me and was refusing to refund me my money. After arguing further saying that I don't want him repair my car or even touching it, he finally gave in and refunded me my money. But dream car has already been repainted twice and still needs to be fixed. And I technically am still at a loss because I spent about $90 in Ubers which he also refused to reimburse me. Normal people who don't really know or care too much about cares might use them and be satisfied with their work, but if you care about the quality of work and your car, DONT EVER USE THEM. read more
