This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. They also have a wash and fold service that I'm sure to take advantage of in the future.

You access everything with a card ($1) loaded by credit card or cash, which is nice except the card dispenser was broken when I was there and it was my first time here. Thankfully a nice guy was finishing up his laundry and passed on his card to me, which had $8 remaining and he refused to accept my quarters in return! The dryers are the style where you pay $0.25/6 minutes, which can be frustrating to guess how many cycles you'll need. They have the rolling carts to bring your laundry around and, even better, a few parking spots right out front for you to get up close!

The sheets I can wash here where I live, but the quilt is larger and won't properly fit in the washers here. So I had to find a good laundromat. 5 minutes from where I live is a newer laundromat, "Wash and Go". I went there Friday with my quilt. I'm familiar with the owners whom own the store right next to the Laundromat, the East Ridge Express, a convenience store. I did a story on them awhile back when they opened. The Wash and Go laundry they own is a nice laundromat. All newer washers and dryers. Very neat and well kept. The owner is a nice guy, and since it was my first time there, he showed me how to operate things. They have a variety of newer washers and dryers, large and small, a change machine, folding tables, laundry carts, and sitting chairs, and a TV. It's a bit more expensive than the regular $1.25 , $1.50 prices like where I live, but it's worth it. $4.00 is the minimal washing price. Drying is a bit more also. But you can wash and dry larger loads!!! I was pleased with the place and will go back.

Unfortunately two of them are out of order and have been for months. The laundromat is filthy. You can be here for hours and never see an employee come in or wipe down machine. For his last hour the very few pay range machines they have have been occupied by laundry that that nobody has ever come back to take out of the machines. This is probably the last time I'll come to this laundromat. I found a much cleaner one in the Mount Hope area that doesn't have any machines out of order. It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. I have had no issues with letting them handle my Italian wool suits.
