I got a great arrangement of Stargazers for my wife (at the owner's suggestion) and my wife loved them. They sell amazing in our whole house and are still blooming 6 days later. I showed up after he had locked the door and he still let me in. Not to mention, I was probably the annoying kind of customer for him because I got an important phone call while waiting and was not very cordial or attentive to him. He served me well nonetheless. I sent flowers to my 6 year old daughter for her birthday since I was unfortunately unable to be there with her but I know as soon as she saw these flowers and balloons and read the note I had attached to the bouquet, that she knew her Daddy never stops thinking of her even for a second! He even threw in a little hand puppet/doll with the flowers for my little girl which im sure she will cherish for a long time to come! These are the nicest people!!!! I had them do up a bouquet for my mom in the hospital. The lady who answered was so nice. She took my order, payment, and delivery information and ready it all back to me. We got off the phone and a few minutes later a man called to confirm the I formation and ask a couple more specifics about the arrangement as he was about to put it together. I just loved the attention to details and asking for more specifications rather than throwing it together. That tells me that they really want to personalize the arrangements for the individuals sending and receiving them. No cookie cutter arrangements here! Mom said the flowers were beautiful. I requested daffodils. All of the buds were closed when they got there. They started opening up the next day. She loves watching them open. It was timed perfectly. Then a friend wanted to get her flowers and they were excellent to her as well, going above and beyond to get Mom the flowers. When the flowers came they were beautiful. I was very sad that after just 2 days the roses began to die, within 4 days the flowers were complete dead. They had plenty of water and were indoors. Pretty sad when you pay over $100 for a bouquet that only lasts for less than a couple days. read more

Keith is outstanding! I would highly recommend him!! Keith did all the flowers for my wedding on May 12th. He by far exceeded all my expectations. The flowers were absolutely stunning! Keith was so outgoing and easy to work with throughout the whole process of planning. He was always so welcoming and accommodating whenever I would spontaneously drop in with a new idea or just to check in. I felt like Keith really cared about my wedding and making me happy. I got so many compliments on all the flowers, and I actually had to tell people to stop trying to take them home before the wedding was over! i am Extremely disappointed and unhappy with the arrangement he provided. I ordered flowers for my Mom in the hospital. What i ordered and what was received were completely different. I do understand that some differences are sometimes necessary. But this was NO WHERE NEAR what i ordered... He did NOT inform me when i was placing and paying for the order that he would not be able to provide that arrangement or anything near similar to it. instead he took the order, and money... and threw an arrangement together that i could have picked up at Any Safeway around. I do NOT recomment this florist... quite the opposite !! when i called him back to ask him about it and let him know i was very unhappy ... he just told me that he thought they were pretty and that he had actually given me more 'flower for my money' so to speak. i tried to let him know this was not the point and that i did not think the arrangement he provided was pretty and that i did not like it in fact. but he was unfazed. he did not offer any recompense... just said HE thought they were pretty. keep in mind what he provided was in NO way near what i ordered... flowers nor colors... i feel that he should inform customers if he cannot give what they are ordering...so something else can be either picked or they can choose different flowers.... not this switch and bait routine read more
