I specifically came in this day for a set of pots and pans Thankfully we see Sarah who was such a helpful and courteous employee who was very willing to help us find what I wanted. I initially wanted the "calphalon" (pots) brand but it was above the budget. Looking through the interest quickly for the next best thing Sarah recommended "anolon" which I saw was rated 5 stars, the description noted to be a non stick 12 piece cookware set good for electric glass top stoves, which I needed, also it came with a free 3 piece skillet pan and sauteed pan included. Great!!!! Sarah also made sure to tell us to sign up for the mailing list and 20% off will be included with our purchase. Everything just seemed like a great deal, thanks Sarah for your assistance.

Today is Sunday, January 9. Once again I came to this specific bed bath and beyond one hour before…read moreclosing and again they closed an hour early and the only notice to the public was them sticking a hand written sign on the entry door saying that they're closing an hour early, sorry for any inconvenience! They did the same thing last Wednesday when I came here an hour before closing and had a hand written sign up saying we apologize for any inconvenience. Both times I came straight from work and got there an hour early but they closed without any kind of notice. Both times I check the website prior to coming and they had the original closing time on the website. Whoever is managing this store apparently closes on a whim without any consideration of the customers schedules. If I could give them a -4 stars I would. Extremely inconsiderate of their customers!!p If there is a reason that they are closing early each day, they should adjust the hours on the website so people don't look at it as they're leaving work and then hurry over there only to be met with a closed store. You know you are in trouble when the installer asks if the shiplap was on the walls when the template was done (it was). They took over an inch off of our butcher block countertops because the walls were uneven but there was a gap of over an inch behind the countertop (that my whole hand could fit down). They also did not secure the countertop on one side. After four calls to them asking them to fix the terrible install (they basically ghosted), we had to have someone else come and take care of it. Terrible service, terrible quality of work. Do not use them.

Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of time because they didn't return calls or email requests other than a vague email that they were unavailable to begin the work as promised. I was also asked for a deposit that supposedly would have been returned if I cancelled the job. Since Get Green, and not I, ended their commitment to the job, I asked for my deposit back, but it was never returned. Given the long delay and need to find another company, my pipes froze, costing me even more money! Luckily, a genuinely reliable company was able to step in and properly complete the job within a reasonable time frame.

Also the center island was delivered with several razor blade cuts into the granite. When I asked Frank to come take a look at it, he said he does not inspect every job that leaves the shop! That too had to be taken back to have the cuts grinded out. Then he wanted CASH payment in full before he would re deliver the island or he would not guarantee re delivery by Thanksgiving. That is NOT what the contract states. When I finally got the island back after giving full CASH payment the shiny gloss finish quickly wore off. Again I asked Frank to come take a look, he refused to do anything further. Never once did I get a "I'm sorry" for the mistakes and inconvenience. Frank can't be trusted. He is a terrible businessman. Don't let this happen to you!
