I noticed everyone was busy doing whatever they are focusing on but if a customer walked into my business I make it a point to say something. Poor customer service today . I spent 8 minutes in the store and when no one acknowledged me I left. I traveled from Long Island to check out your selection on motorcycles and scooters but I guess they are making enough money that customers walking into there store is not priority. Come on guys I walk into a dealership and I usually purchase something. After today I will definitely not recommend going here to purchase anything. Customer service is why we go to work!!!! Went upstate to New Paltz on a HD Heritage Softail. Trip was fun, we rode about 300 miles within the day and it was a really cool experience. Had to return the bikes the same day, though. The parts you want are ordered promptly and you know exactly when they arrive. Terry can get you ANYTHING you need for your bike, including older makes and models. There are many shops that I have patronized in the past that will forget to call you when parts arrive or your bike is ready because they're too busy -this does not happen at South Shore Cycles. Its a smaller shop, but it has a family feel to it.

He's slick talking and he's always 'giving you a deal'. I had a small throttle cable issue on my 03 Bonneville that only required taking the tank off and adjusting the position of the cable. I couldn't do it myself because I didn't have the tools to do it. Sean said they'd knock it out real quick and 'give me a deal'. When he handed me a bill for $280 I reluctantly paid that knowing I'd probably never come back there again. Also, next time I went to take my seat off, noticed that both stock Triumph seat bolts were gone and they just threw on 2 different bolts that weren't even the same length. I did buy brake pads from them once and they didn't over charge for those. I did the brake pad replacement myself tho... So maybe, if you need parts, see what they've got but don't have them touch your bike. Don't get your bike inspected there either. They'll charge you double what it costs

He is the reason for the 5 stars review. He did exactly what I wanted and he did it so fast. Very communicative. I received photos of every move he made. The final photo is my bike in front of the shop. I felt very at ease. I highly recommend this company.
