I've been going here since they first opened, it's been a few months. I usually wait before…read morereviewing places that are brand new, to see how their normal standards hold up to their grand opening standards. It has been a few months, and I'm so happy to report this nail salon is still extremely clean, polite, affordable and talented. It's small, there's a separated room for waxing, three or four pedicure chairs, and four nail stations. They sanitizer all their tools in a special machine and are constantly washing tools after use and putting them in. This makes me love this salon even more, because one of my biggest worries with nail parlors are their sanitary conditions. There's three girls who work, they're all extremely sweet and the owners husband is occasionally there to do pedicures. Yes I am one of those women who is a little weirded out by a male giving me a pedicure, but he does an amazing job! I love how they do tips, they're not thick or chunky and I have always gotten compliments with the work they do on my nails. I've had a few people even believe these are my real nails. They're very real looking and thin, but remain strong and I can go more than two weeks without a fill in with no concern of tips falling off. Although everyone's nail chemistry is different, so I wouldn't recommend pushing the time limit on a fill in for everyone. They also offer a frequent costumer card, which is worth it so always get it signed when you get your mani pedis done! Love this place would definitely recommend.

After showing them a photo, they were able to replicate it with colors I liked. The nail artist who did the design was so detailed. Totally would go back if I get a chance. I got the $50 spa pedicure, and while I enjoyed the experience I wouldn't get it again. I don't think there were enough "spa" treatments to justify the price. Plus, the 10 minute massage was only 5 minutes. Which wouldn't have mattered if I wasn't paying $50 for the pedicure. I'll be sticking to the normal pedicure from now on. Then I moved on to my nails. I got acrylic nails with gel polish, so I wouldn't have to wait for them to dry. I am obsessed with how they came out. He took his time with the shaping, and I didn't feel like he was rushing at any point. There were so many color options and I can't wait to go back and get a new design. Overall I loved how they did my nails, and will definitely be coming back, but probably not for a pedicure.

My service started with the nail tech removing gel off my nails and toes. I was given colors to choose from. I was pleased with the selection and it took me some time to figure out what colors to select. While in the pedicure chair, my nails sat in a bowl of acetone to remove excess. The massage chairs were lovely. The nail tech took his time painting my toes and they look very neat. I got gel so I did not need slippers, but it was advertised that slippers are an additional $2. My gel manicure came out alright. I maintain my nails every 2-3 weeks. However, the tech didn't use any tools to clean my cuticles, other than a cuticle pusher. There are some nails that could've used a bit of cuticle cleaning. My only concern is in regards to COVID-19 procedures. I didn't sanitize or wash my hands prior to touching the nail swatches. Also, there were not any separators between the pedicure chairs or between the customer and the nail tech. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but we're in a pandemic. All staff wore masks, some even doubled up. I was asked to wash my hands during my nail service. I also want to note that I was not engaged with as other customers were with their clients. It's all good though, sometimes self care can be quiet. For anyone in the area, I would recommend this nail salon. I stick to very basic nails but two women also in the salon got some beautiful designs. I suggest checking out their IG to see more of their work.

Fast forward cutting and prepping I asked her to file my nails evenly she begins to cut down all my nails and file sideways so now a few of my toe nails are slanted.. Fast forward again to the design I asked for flames she gave me what looked like grass blades I was hesitant but she said it's the best she could do! So reluctantly I said ok, she proceeds to do all the nails BLACK! I asked if she was going I add the powder she said oh you want silver 15$ extra I said " just to rub powder on my toes?" I would like for you to re-do the design then, because I don't wanna pay extra for something I'm going to pay to change again. She said she can't! I said so I'm not paying for the design. The whole team got up and proceeded to speak in there language and assure me I had to pay because she did her job. I said I'll pay a regular manicure but I'm not paying design and chrome powder she can remove it if she would like. Two ladies proceed to tell me to calm down ( as I'm crying might I add) because now everyone is yelling and no one is understanding what I'm asking. She said 62$ I said absolutely not, we go back & forth and be points at a price list, normally I'm verbally told the price because the price list never matches what I'm told. So I explain that's not always accurate she then raises her voice to speak her language to then have someone come over to me and tap my shoulder and told me AGAIN to calm down, as I cannot I'm already crying trying to explain myself AND IM PREGNANT!!!! Her work was satisfying (but not as detailed as she was for my last manicure). The nail shape and feel was what I wanted and came out similarly to how she did it last time. I loved with how it came out in the video - before the gel polish. The color is asked for is a little off. Came out more pink than the nude I wanted. The pedicure color is different, and is the actual color that I wanted. You can tell the color is different. 4 stars for this instead of 5, would still come back but hopefully the color I pick next time is more accurate.

They charge you to use your debit card which is illegal, they sprayed my legs with some mystery spray and when i asked what it was they couldn't answer- it looked like mold in the bottle and i called them out for it when they said it was just the design (which it wasn't) then she said it was the acetone and i said "no, that's mold" i opened the bottle. First, even if it IS acetone WHY are they spraying that on someone's feet after a pedicure.. I've been here MANY times and each time it gets worse and worse. I stood when they raised their prices, i overlooked times I've gotten cut with a manicure, I've settled with the cold water pedicures and i even paid when I asked for matte topcoat instead of shiny and they said it would be $5 extra... This is the last time this dirty place takes my money. This is gross and I'm so turned off. Worst of all, the horrible pedicure cost me close to $50 to boot...

Went there for a waxing and was totally unhappy. First I booked the appointment online and when I…read morewalked in I told them I was there for my appointment for a full leg and bikini and they ask Face? No full leg and bikini. OK Get in the room and the tech does my bikini first, then says OK. I said, I am also here for a full leg. So she proceeds to do the legs. I felt that the she didn't leave the wax on long enough and there were times I felt like my skin was being scrapped with the stick as the wax was dried on it. I get home and wait for the redness to go away and then I saw that a whole line up my thigh was NOT done...from knee to hip. The next day (today) I see that there are more lines/patches that still have hair, so now I need to Nair what was missed. The whole purpose of getting waxed was so I didn't have to worry about my legs for my cruise this week. They may be excellent with nails, I will give them a shot at my pedicure tomorrow, but they need to improve their waxing skills before I go back for that service. ADDITIONAL REVIEW: I was contacted by the salon after posting the original review and they did the right thing! They offered to redo my waxing as the original technician was on a trial basis, she was not hired. They also gave me a discount on my pedi, which came out awesome. The instruments used would just lightly sprayed with alcohol. Nothing was sealed very dirty. I will never go back there. Your answer to my review does not make sense. Why would i have to specify to do my rough heels. That comes with ANY pedicure. A pedicure is not just massaging legs and painting toenails. It should not be extra any other place does heels even with regular pedicure
