The front desk lady also said "well you didn't have to get French tips you could have just gotten your toes painted..." which yes duh I could have but I didn't want that. Also, I wasn't aware but apparently you can walk in and just say "just paint my toes", you don't have to pick one of the services from the menu? (I didn't know this but feel like that should be public knowledge). With all this and the quality coming out not the cleanest, I would not recommend this location.

I'm about a week in, and my nails are still in great shape. I was told they can last up to three weeks! I got the cat-eye design, which I wouldn't recommend for short nails, but I'm getting used to it. I can definitely see myself coming back here, especially before vacations, for some fun designs.

They were very kind and gentle with my grandmother which meant so much to me. They offered beverages to us, explained the different services that were offered, and truly made the experience feel like a spa experience--something I feel that many nail salons are missing nowadays. They also used cleaned & sanitized equipment, which is an essential! My only gripe was that my grandmothers nails messed up after she went to the restroom, I think they weren't completely dry. She just got regular polish and although she waited for about 15+ minutes I think she would have benefited from using a fan to assist with the drying. To my surprise, I got gel on my toes and one of my toes also chipped a day later--which has never happened to me with getting gel elsewhere. Despite this, I feel like the customer service & experience was very exceptional and I will most definitely be coming back because of that!

I really do love this place I have been here for over 6 years I get my nails done on occasions…read morewhich is often because I always have something I have had many great experiences but this time the lady that did my nails was not I she couldn't do acrylic flowers and keep trying to make me get flowers gems like on my middle because I eventually saw how she did her acrylic flowers on my pinky they looked like blobs of white I got my nails done Wednesday and they fell apart that Friday the flower stencils on my middle finger either completely fell off or broke both of my pinky fell off mind u this is not even 2 full days after and she forgot top coat on one of my nails causing the paint to be funky which i fixed myself I also tried to call and let them know but there phone does not work I like almost half and hour away I am going back tomorrow Monday to see if they can give me a refund or redo these again I don't blame the place I blame the lady that did my nails that day
