This was my first time at this salon, and I was so so impressed. They definitely have a loyal customer in me going forward! As things are just starting to open up, I came at 9am when they first opened and I loved that there weren't many people there. The entire staff was so friendly and incredibly thorough with the services I received (shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure). I'm usually disappointed with my pedicure treatments but this place killed it! The leg massage was divine. So glad I found this place through Yelp. It's not the most luxurious salon but the service you get takes it over the top. Would highly recommend to everyone! read more

I really enjoyed the service I was provided they did an amazing job on my feet! The people there were so nice and welcoming. The wait time wasn't too bad given that there were only 3 people working due to COVID-19. I thought my full set came out okay I did fee like it was a bit rushed because they were already closing but I understand they have families to go back to who worry if it gets too late. Though I would've liked for the nail tech to take a little but more time filing down my nails I can't say they are the worst set I've gotten. I'm 8/10 satisfied with my full set, 10/10 on my pedicure, and 10/10 customer service. Another thing I would like to note is that I don't think they do too many fullsets so maybe that's why filing them down was a bit of an issue but I'm sure they'll get better once they have much more demand for fullsets. This is actually my 2nd time here and I have to say that I will now be coming here on the regular as the lovely ladies here always treat me well and always takes good care of me! Got my manicure done by Kim and she is fabulous!! Very skilled, talented, and thorough with her work. I normally get shellac gel and it's always on point. The leg massages that comes with the pedicure is awesome! I am a nurse that works long 12-hour shifts and those leg massages are just the icing on the cake! This is the third time I've gotten my nails done here and my most recent time I had my nails done by Lee. She was very tedious and sweet doing my pedicure! I would definitely come back for her. Luckily when I came in I beat the crowd on Sunday, but it can get pretty busy especially on weekends/afternoons. It's not the most luxurious but definitely one of my go-tos. I had been here a few times years ago to get my eyebrows done when I needed them done quickly. This place is the most convenient since it's across the street from my house. I'm a regular at another salon but I was feeling lazy today and decided to give this place a try. SO glad I did! My nails are beautiful and my eyebrows are on point! All for $40! ($32 for a full set, $8 for eyebrows) I thought their pricing was amazing for the quality! Lee did my nails and she was so sweet! I will not come here again. The wait time for a walk-in was 30 minutes, and the lady was so slow that it was another 30 minutes before she started to massage. I told her, "I don't want a massage." She continued. I repeated, "Please stop; I don't have time." She continued. Finally, I took her hands and said, "No massage." I thought she understood because she stopped and left. She brought back towels and asked which massage treatment I wanted. Exasperated, I took the nail polish and said, "This (picks up nail polish) on this (put nail polish on my toes)." She nodded and said okay. When we were done, she messed up the big toenail while trying to put on my flip flop. There was nail polish on my flip flop as well, which I still cannot get out over two months later. The lady was just going to paint over the nail, with the messed up grooves and all, until I stopped her. I pointed to the nail polish remover to try to tell her to start over again. She understood. The whole process took 1.5 hours for a pedicure alone. When I got home, I inspected my nails more closely. Aside from the big toenail, none of the nails were painted within the nail itself. Walked into this establishment without an appointment on a Saturday morning and i was seen immediately. The lady who did my nails kept conversations short and sweet and prices were reasonable. The reason they're getting 5 stars from me isn't because of the bargains or customer service- but the product. I showed a picture of someone's manicure i liked on Pinterest but requested my acrylic to be not as sharp and also matte finished. (Har dee har har) All the techs are good, but they do tend to excel at more conservative looks/styles. Kim is who to see if you are looking for more creative or time consuming work. She is OFF ON TUESDAY! Everyone here is super sweet & friendly, but I do prefer to get my pedicure from MULAN & my manicures by KIM. Health Warning - I was a patron of Woodbridge Nails for almost 10 plus years since they opened but decided to stop going there last year. I noticed their health standards have just gone down hill. I would always get a pedicure done there and last time I got a package with Lavender Spa and the towel that the lady used had remains of someone else's toe/nail material I was so grossed out that I pretended to drop the towel so she could use it but she just picked it up and put it back. The best way to judge this place is by their towels..they are all dirty with other people's bio matter still stuck to them and they haven't been replaced since the store opened 10 plus years ago. Additionally the instruments the lady was using on me seemed to not have been cleaned. They were just laying in her trolley from last use. Also the package I got involved them picking up a spa packet from their display and using everything in it but somehow she just picked up some container of lotion from her trolley and kinda rushed through the whole thing without using the entire spa packet..the hot stone massage and everything else was just rushed. After noticing the unsanitary conditions I decided that I would have to end my relationship with this business after sooo many years of coming here. They use dirty tools and dont sanitize anything-- I have not see. One lady open up anything that looks like it was being steam sanitized. Stay away from this place for your health. When I was about to pay and pressed "no tip" the lady was like "you have no money. they didn't have set prices for anything they just charge whatever they want to whomever they want. 25 bills for a shellac manicure. The workers here were very nice until they started commenting about my mother and my life. Friendly Chat ok but don't try to make a comment that sounds rude. For example, the technician went on with why I wanted to do my nails, why am this and that in a snarky way. In the end, the technician just finished with me telling me to wash my hands and that's it. Not a goodbye or thank you. Like ok? Update on nails: a day after getting my nails done I noticed the polish started to peel. At first I thought it was nothing but it's been almost a week and I can feel the polish on each nail peeling off. I have never experienced shellac quality like this before. Not very happy with this. Shellac is supposed to last a good 2 weeks. read more

I came here to get my nails removed because my usual place was closed & I needed them off asap and I don't know exactly who did my nails but it was the lady that answers the phones and takes payments. While getting them removed I felt ignored, lady didn't even ask for my name just wanted her money. When she did my nails she did a terrible job cleaning them up she didn't clip my nails or file them correctly and the top coat she used to top it all off was definitely OLD because it was very sticky and when it dried there was bubbles under the polish and I could literally peel it off. read more

Went early in the morning before work and called ahead to make sure they had two people to do my pedi and mani with dip. When I got there they had one person and no one would do my dip or my mani and when asked they said why, you don't like shellac? Very rude, unapologetic and a waist of my time. Came here with a friend- she usually frequents this place and I was impressed! The ladies are really sweet for one. We each opted for a pedi- and wow it was an amazing pedi. They took their time, I never felt rushed, and it included a hot stone massage which was heavenly, as well as a paraffin wax. They have a nice selection of colors and are clean! I wanted to find a salon that was clean and gave a truly spa pedicure. The pedicure was $29 and absolutely worth it: paraffin wax, hot stone massage...the works! I also got a full set. The polish selection was decent and my actual paint job was excellent (Amy). However the shaping of my nail was basic. This isn't an especially trendy place but it was a great experience overall. Got a manicure one time - never did that again! What a mess! Nothing consistent. To be honest, some of the girls there are very nice and do a great job - but you cannot ask for the same girl. Sad! Everyone provides a different type of pedicure. Never know who will do what. Polish is old and needs to be replaced - clumpy! Visited this place for the first time with my mom so the two of us could get the basic spa pedicure [$25], and it was pretty nice. They have 6 pedicure spa seats, and it was easy for us to just walk-in. The massage function on the seats wasn't the best I've had, and some of the chairs had broken massage functions-- but it was nice that the mini scrub, stone massage, and foot paraffin wax was a part of the basic spa pedicure. I think the experience varies a bit based upon who your nail stylist is and how busy the salon is, but I would go back. Also, pedicures are $3 off on Monday and Tuesday-- wish I knew in advance! read more

They let me sit in the massage chair while I wait which make it more enjoyable for me since I am always the only guy there. Awkward. Prices are decent and they even give my daughter student discount.
