The massages were thorough, hit all the right spots, and best of all--very affordable for the quality of service. Definitely felt the tension melt away! The spa itself was clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the massage areas were separated by curtains instead of proper rooms, so it wasn't as private as we would have liked. That said, it didn't take away too much from the overall relaxing experience. For the price and quality, we'd definitely consider coming back!

I tried this place on a whim when I totally spaced on making a reservation at Beyond Spa on my day…read moreoff. I was a bit apprehensive because of the exterior and it being on Main. I was welcomed in immediately (no reservation on Monday afternoon) and brought to a room where I was given privacy to change and a bin for my belonging, then the massage began. Shi shi (I know I spelled it wrong) was amazing and very professional. She made sure I was covered & comfortable and seemed to know exactly what I needed! The entire place seemed clean including the bathrooms and the lady at the desk was very friendly as well. I couldn't believe a 1 hour Swedish massage was only $65!! (60 if you pay cash) But with all that being said, if you are looking for a "spa" experience then this isnt the place. The massage was one of the best I've had but the place is missing the more upscale amenities. (Hence the difference in price point) For comparison, most spas have a locker room, refreshments, sauna, steam etc. This place is just an amazing straight forward massage. I'd give 4.5 stars if that was an option. I'm deducting a half star because the massage oil they used was unscented and I'm big on aroma therapy. I definitely will be going back at least once a month for the 30 minute massages they offer!

She was able to locate every area of my body that was problematic and there were alot. She got the area in my shoulder, my hip and my hamstring. She found the pain points and worked on them hard. It was like having accupuncture on steroids. I could not believe how intuitive she was in isolating the trouble spots. My shoulder was so problematic, I was thinking I may need surgery. One day later it was significantly better. I would say she is as good as a Physical Therapist, if not better. I took the 90 minute massage and other than one 2 minute water break, she worked on me the entire time.

I found a few places with some eh reviews and then came across Body Connections - reviews were good with some yucky groupon ones thrown in. I've heard horror stories from business owners about groupon customers so I didn't pay any attention to them and just followed my gut. I followed the link to her website and checked her out - looked at pricing ......$25 per tan SAY WHAT?? $25 per tan. I immediately booked one on line. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and was greeted by Nadine the owner/tanning tech. She explained everything to me - how she tans - her formula - her background - how many years she's been there. Then she sprayed me. I've been to many spray tan places. Both organic and regular. This was BY FAR the BEST tan ever. Nothing weird on my hands and feet. NOTHING. My legs were a bit red so I texted her about it. She replied and told me not to worry. It will turn to brown - she was correct. My tan? It's flawless. It's $25 and FLAWLESS. I will be going every 7 days or so (depending on how it lasts) Amazing experience.
