The scars I have almost reach my sternum and suits worn have to be thick at the bottom to hide how visible they are. Secondly- I had to have a revision done since he and the team left a "dog ear" that looks like an unusual protrusion. Even after the revision -it's still present. Bathing suits worn have to be a certain type to hide the error and damage that wasn't addressed properly. After multiple phone calls with management- both Dr's. ( I inquired of both) refused any type of compensation for these issues that are now something I have to see everyday. I'm very disappointed in my results that are now almost a year old. My desires were made very clear to the staff and Downs. I would encourage others considering this establishment to do research on other plastic surgeons in the area. I explained my illness to them and that it is nothing contagious. I have esrd and can't walk all that way w/o getting an upset stomach. I explained how hard it was for me to get there and be there. Nope. No compassion. They said reschedule. I said this is a broken bone and it's already been rescheduled on their account once. Now my broken hand will probably need rebroken because it's been so long. No lie, every time I go to a St Joe facility there is always a flucking problem. I have zero problems with all the other hospitals.
