Customers will feel pressured to talk, as not to seem unfriendly. Leave people be unless it seems like they are feeling chatty. I had also requested no scents and no music if possible, and they did not even mention it, definitely used scented prodcuts. If they could not accommodate, that is fine, but what is the purpose of the notes if no one pays attention to it? The pedicure itself was mostly good except that body scrub should not be used on dry skin because it is painful. And even though I am a good tipper, I agree with what someone else said about the auto-gratuity. For what they charge, it should not be necessary for them to pay their staff well all on their own. My Mom and I had a tour of the entire facility prior to…read moresigning up and when I did sign up I got a discount for being a Veteran, which so few places honor anymore. The facility is amazing with so much to offer, including daycare! They even allow you early access to the facility an hour before business is open, and late access until midnight, even though the main part of the facility closes at 9pm. With a member key card you can continue to work out on the machines, track, and free weights until Midnight. They have a plethora of classes going all the time including spin class, Pilates, and my absolute favorite workout... Cardio Drumming!!! Mostly I have been using the Pool and have made some great friends with regulars. If I do nothing else, I at least do the pool. There is a 4 lane lap pool, a therapy pool, and a large hot tub. They even have water aerobics classes. There is literally something her for everyone! The atmosphere is chill and inviting with a sense of acceptance for everyone. I have seen people using walkers, canes, and wheelchairs to navigate the facility, and the services provided, and... that includes the pool area. They are very equipped for disabilities and special needs of all types. The cost of Membership is right on point for what they offer. Did I mention there's a complementary coffee and tea bar, dining area, and they even have nutritious meals you can opt to purchase. No cash on hand - no problems you can add it to your tab.
