The spa is very relaxing and professional. My only suggestion would be to space clients out more in the locker room. When you have 3 ladies with lockers right next to each other, it doesn't allow much room to change privately and efficiently.

Bright lights, and the music is louder than I would prefer, but it may not bother others. The nail tech was nice but they should let the customers decide if they want to talk or not and let them lead. People go to a spa to relax, not to be quizzed about their life. Customers will feel pressured to talk, as not to seem unfriendly. Leave people be unless it seems like they are feeling chatty. I had also requested no scents and no music if possible, and they did not even mention it, definitely used scented prodcuts. If they could not accommodate, that is fine, but what is the purpose of the notes if no one pays attention to it? The pedicure itself was mostly good except that body scrub should not be used on dry skin because it is painful. And even though I am a good tipper, I agree with what someone else said about the auto-gratuity. For what they charge, it should not be necessary for them to pay their staff well all on their own. Overall, just ok.

well i had an appt to reduce scars from acne i had for about 6 months. I found root cause and do…read morenot get acne anymore. but needed help getting rid scars. she sat me down explained everything and had plan. we'll i got message today she cancelled my appt. theres no reason if ur in business for over 27 years to dent me for absolutely no reason if u specialize in skin treatments. especially the fact my scars where not deeply dark deep, they are very light. she made me follow a plan stop all face products and told me I could research the products she was going use on me. I asked her what the name of products where and she decided to cancel me days later after we set an appt. very odd and negative. I didn't need any extensive treatment. Just find this very odd. and not right.
