I reported it to the company and was told management would follow up. They never did. The company's response was simply that the mover claimed I was "flirtatious" (False) Their original response was that he had a wife and kids so he wouldn't do that then changed their tone to accuse me of being flirtatious Whether a customer is friendly or not does not make it acceptable for an employee to use personal information obtained through work to contact customers privately. A reason why women can't feel safe anywhere anymore. The lack of professionalism and accountability was disappointing.

They arrived on time, delivered and installed all the appliances at the neighbors house. All went great and the 2 hour minimum was wonderful, many had a 4 hour minimum. The man who picked our items up charged us $1700 MORE than quoted. We didn't have a choice but to pay it. Those charges came after my wife questioned him telling her the shed height was more than it was. She called the storage manager and they came over and told him how tall it was. After that...the charges came. $200 for a kayak?!? Could have left it and bought a new one for that. That was the beginning. We were given Jessica's phone number from the warehouse manager. We could never get an answer from anyone so I decided to send Jessica a text message. Well she answered that, with "who is this". I explained to her who I was and what I was looking for. She assured me she would call my wife to arrange our delivery. 2 1/2 hours later I reached back out and she got pretty rude telling me she was the only one working and excuse after excuse. I let her know my attorney could call and she LOL'ed in a text and told me she would not answer me on her personal phone and told me to email only to Info@NextLevel-Logistics.us I sent several emails to that address, only to have them rejected. We tried to get a status because we had scheduled to be out of town for Christmas. The entire experience left us missing items, damaged items, more money than quoted and no communication.
