I would rate zero stars of I could. Beware! Do not go…read morethrough the nightmare I went through. In my experience, Solomon overpromises and is very shady. I reviewed details of my house and requirements for my move with him 3 weeks in advance. I communicated and sent pictures the week before and confirmed the start time, size of truck, and number of men. I was quoted 5 hours for my move with 3 men. The day of the move his guys showed up 3 hours late and with a smaller truck than what was quoted. Several excuses of why the truck rental place didn't have the truck available and they had to drive from Casa Grande. This is not my concern; my concern was that we were already starting very late. Solomon said it didn't matter about the size of the truck since two trips would be needed anyway. After two trips and 10.5 hours, they still had not removed all the contents of my house. I had to rent a trailer and hire another worker the next day to finish the job. The entire move started off poorly and continued to go downhill throughout the day. Even though the guys were nice, they were not efficient, and loading the truck took much longer than expected. After 10.5 hours, everyone was exhausted and just wanted to be done, even though the job was not finished. A week before the move, I wrapped most of my furniture to prevent problems and even though my off white couch was covered with a sofa cover and additionally wrapped with plastic over the cover, it showed up at the new house with black stains on both sides. My other couch and love seat showed up with rips and tears. Furniture was placed in the new house without hardware, doorways were damaged in the new house, no beds were set up, etc. The worst part was the damage they did to the stained wood staircase and walls of my old house. I was set to close with buyers on the old house, and everything had to be delayed due to the damage repairs and removing all the things they left behind. The additional cost didn't come close to the $400 I held out the night of the move, so I could go over all the damages the next morning. In my opinion, Solomon is very shady as he requested payment to be made to his girlfriend's Venmo account. At 11pm and extremely exhausted from the events, I paid all but $400. He said he wished he had known the move wasn't going well, so he could have done something. Again, this is why I think he is a dishonest person because throughout the day I had texted several times saying I was very concerned because it was taking so much longer than he quoted. He was completely trying to cover his a**. I sent several pictures on the damages and informed him he owed me money for the damages and of course, no contact at all from him since this notification. BEWARE! Save yourself money and your sanity.

They got all the major and much of the minor stuff from our old to new place rather quickly. There was a little minor damage to my electronics which absolutely was not there prior to the move. Luckily most of it was an easy fix and the one or two items which weren't they helped reimburse us for the replacements. I realize schiznit can happen and it's the first issue I've had in two major moves which they fixed in very reasonable style. One or two minor hiccups ain't enough to dampen my mood with regard to this company. 5 out of 5 stars.

The first company I called wasn't interested in the business, so I called Sky and quickly realized he should've been my first call. He explained the process well, from pricing options and what to expect on move day. Then this morning he showed up to the minute when he said he would and immediately got to work. They were careful to wrap everything and not a scratch on anything now that it's in my new place. This company is top notch and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended. I received multiple quotes from other movers estimating 2-3 hours total with two men, and the owner quoted the same. Instead, it took 4 hours just to load and another 2-3 hours to unload, which was excessive for such a simple move. The crew was unprofessional, inefficient, and argumentative from the start. They complained that I had too much stuff, even though it easily fit in the 16ft truck they chose to bring. Rather than working efficiently, they walked slowly between the storage units, wasting time. When I returned after giving them space, one of them was sitting on the truck bed -- it genuinely felt like they were stalling to rack up the hours. After I mentioned the delay, their attitude changed and they became rough with my belongings. Later, while unpacking, I found damaged bins, misplaced boxes, and missing items, including my child's Oculus headset and about $600 worth of retail merchandise for my business. When I contacted the owner, he was initially sympathetic and offered to compensate me but later withdrew that offer and denied responsibility. I tried to support a young business owner, but the lack of experience, professionalism, and accountability was disappointing. It took me some time to write this -- between unpacking, working, and debating whether to even post -- but after realizing what was missing and seeing another review saying a TV was stolen, I felt it was important to speak up. As a single mom and small business owner, I value honesty, efficiency, and integrity. Unfortunately, this company showed none of those qualities. If they were true, honest, caring movers, they would have removed the chase from the couch via one little simple metal clip, so they could've moved it through the door without any problem!
