22$ for 1 haunted house and to walk in a circle in a corn maze?! Are u kidding me! And you have to pay an extra 30$ just so u can do everything else?! This is a scam. There was a few parts of the haunted house that were good. But not worth 22$, maybe 5$ at max. Not even that I am paying 22$ for children to wear a 5$ mask and throw red paint on themselves? This is ridiculous. I am a poor in come home and I just wasted over 50$ at this place just so my family could have fun and that was f-ing ridiculous. Would not suggest ever going here. Also I will never be coming back. It's cheaper and more fun just to go to Halloween horror nights. I bought tickets to this event as a surprise date for my boyfriend and I. I read through some reviews and was a little nervous as most were pretty negative. However, this place is amazing, I highly recommend! It was $25 per ticket and that gave us unlimited entrance into the corn maze and 1 free enter to the haunted house. On top of these were putt putt, basketball, music, and a cute goat named Molly which were all included in the entrance price. Additional events and specials such as hamster ball, mechanical bull riding and food and drink were also available for an up charge. First was the haunted house. While in line, we were informed that the actors are not allowed to touch us and we are not allowed to touch them as well as the strobe lights which were apart of the house. Through the house, actors, decorations and props kept it very entertaining and different then any other haunted house I've been too. Many actors jumped out and either screamed, shrieked, said something ominous or simply told us where to go or to hurry up. This plus the interesting costume/makeup of the actors kept it frightening and surprising. The corn maze was definitely a one of a kind experience. We went through the maze twice and both times were amazing. During the second time, a worker who was off duty became friends with my boyfriend and they devised a plan for the actors to specifically attack me. This made the experience more enjoyable as well as frightening. Again, there were many actors with many different disguises and body paint to keep you on your toes as well as being a new element of shock around each corner. The maze wasn't much of a maze as you would think. There were no dead ends but there were a couple cut outs that the actors used to hide in. Overall, it was a great experience. I loved how personal the actors became with the guests. During the haunted house, one actor would mention that he'll "see me later" and then would reappear saying "found yuh" or "I told you I would be back". There was another actor during the corn maze who would block my path while remaining quiet and almost taunting me to try to walk past. This made the experience so much better then if they just jumped out and said "boo" and then disappeared. I would recommend that there be better crowd control for the sake of the actors. I did notice a lot of younger kids who would purposefully mess with the actors such as hiding in the maze with them, taking selfies with then without consent and even touching or harassing the actors. I feel like this messed with the safety of the actors and the enjoyment of the other guests. Other than that, this place is amazing and definitely worth it. The price is a little high but the actors definitely deserve it for what they put up with. read more

I like the hay ride but the corn maze is not as fun. When you in there if you have long hair make sure to put it up cause when I got out of the corn maze I had over 10 burs in my hair. And even if you are crying the scare actors will keep scarring you. read more

This past Friday night I went to the Newberry Cornfield Maze and had a great time. Before I went I read of course Yelp Reviews, Google Reviews, and Facebook Reviews and a lot of people said a lot of negative things. I still wanted to go as I have never been out to this farm and wanted to try it out! The night started out with us parking in a big open grass lot. People were parked all over the place, but we found a spot! You go up to pay and the line looked long but really went by pretty fast. It is $15 to get in and that gets you use of the Corn Maze and Haunted House. For an extra $5 you can also do the Hay Ride. We did the Hayride first and it was really fun. The hayride lasts about 8 to 10 minutes and you go back into the forest and some workers jump on the wagon and try to scare people. They have open fires all around the outdoor area and the smell was amazing. Also, just looking up to see the stars was fun as well. One thing I found was a little crazy is there was no age limit for this ride. There were people with kids as young as 1 or 2 on this ride and it was not for little ones. It would be better if they offered 1 or 2 rides a night where it was not scary. Next we walked through the corn maze. The stalks are high and several times it felt like we were the only ones in there. Not sure why people say its a big circle because they have things cut out to make it more of a maze. The haunted house it the last thing we did. This has a long wait. We most likely waited about an hour for a 8 minute walk through. The house was fun though not to scary and they did some cool things. They do touch you in this house which made it fun as well. Overall I really had fun at this! I would highly recommend it! read more

Haunted hay ride was TERRIFYINGLY awesome they were great actors and put a lot of effort into the show. Literally had me scared.

My girlfriend and I went here after hearing about it on the radio. It was $25 a ticket which I believe is a fair price. That allows one admission into the haunted house (which I did not even know that they had) and unlimited runs through the corn maze. There were also little things to do on the side such as: basketball, skeet ball, mini golf, and an adorable goat named Molly (please be nice and don't scare her, she's precious). When the sun is up the corn maze is a fun thing to do with children, but when it sets there are scare actors that hide in alcoves of the corn. Actors would make it personal by blocking your path and then they would chase you through the maze until you made it to the next actor. The maze wasn't really a maze so to say, it was more like a path, so you can't really get lost. I've been to Halloween horror nights for 7 years, and the haunted house here seems like it could compete with the ones at universal. The actors personally target us saying "I'll see you again" and then would reappear later exclaiming "found ya!!" The scares were fantastic, there were points where I felt lost which added to the scare. Genuinely one of my favorite Halloween events I've been to, and I'll most likely be back next year. There were other attractions such as a hay ride and giant human hamster balls, but we didn't do those so no comment. There were plenty of security, police, and state troopers there so you know that everybody is safe. The staff helpful, informative, and friendly. Food and drink were inexpensive. Overall 10/10 experience, there's something for everybody. read more

It is a fun place to come spend a few hours with the family. They have a section for kids. It's $10 for the entrance. $5 - for the mechanical bull $5 - for the hay ride $5 - paintball The corn maze is included in the entrance (unlimited times) and one visit through the haunted house. Which is more than enough because the haunted house is extremely unprofessional. We waited about 25 min in line. Once we got in, it was moderately scary. It was so unprofessional, while walking through we were touched multiple times, we asked one performer to please not touch us and she kept touching us repeating "that's not a nice thing to say". Then there was a man with a fake knife who followed the group and kept fake stabbing us. Which is why Im giving the haunted house 0 stars and the rest of the place 4, for an average of 2 stars. read more

It is been on our bucket list for some time to go to this corn maze. We finally went Saturday night and I was not impressed at all. The corn maze, which was actually sorghum or something similar, was not very fun because there was nothing but 6 or 8 guys running around through it with chainsaws. The hayride was more than an hour long wait and, again, it was several people with chainsaws jumping on the hayride and some people dressed up like something​.....? I would give The hay ride 3 stars and the corn maze one or two stars. There was a huge line for the haunted house so, based on our experience with the hayride and corn maze, we decided not to wait in the line. If you are a teenybopper, this might be more enjoyable than for an adult. The teeny boppers were having a good time but it seemed more like a social event for them. read more

I went to the Newberry Cornfield Maze yesterday, and many aspects of the experience were enjoyable and well done to an extent. However, the experience was completely ruined by my experience with the Haunted House. I waited for an hour and a half in line for their haunted house just to be told once inside that the workers in the house would be free to touch my friends and I as part of the haunted house, we had already been touched at this point by a worker. This was something that myself and one other friend were very uncomfortable with, especially given that at the entrance to the line there was a sign that said they WOULD NOT touch you. I took it upon myself to find someone in management to explain them how they should update the signage because it isn't fair to subject people to that without them knowing, or making them waiting in line. The manager and employee with her were less than helpful and were entirely dismissive of my complaint and suggestion of updating their signage. Including when one of them told me that it was ok that they touched my friend and I before we were warned we would be touched, because "technically you were in the entrance to the haunted house, not in the house" which was annoying enough as it was. But, as we were leaving a man and his family overheard our complaints, and they had a similar complaint. While in the haunted house that man's wife and daughter were inappropriately groped by the workers, beyond what anyone would reasonably define as simple touching. So in conclusion unless you want to patronize a business that blatantly disrespects the concerns of a paying customer, or unless you want to be inappropriately touched I would without a shadow of a doubt 100% NOT recommend that you visit this establishment. read more

My friends & I really enjoyed the maze & haunted house tonight. The maze was a better & creepier experience than when I went to perhaps the same one more than a half-dozen years ago. The glow of the full moon added to it. Even done well, these things have to be a bit cheesy to be both doable and safe, so you have to cooperate by bringing a fun attitude and not getting your expectations too high. But we all agreed the 'house' was especially good. Best haunted house experience I've had since I was a kid--very eerie & disorienting & fun. (Don't go in if you won't enjoy being disoriented and being spooked by sudden, close-up ghouls, and of course those are sort of strange things to enjoy. But for me, the performers did a fine job of seeming unearthly, unpredictable, and sometimes right on you, without crossing any 'lines'. Considering the Yelp review posted last year, maybe the maze folks train the performers better now or got more mature ones.) Only complaint: I could do without the music blaring across the grounds, or it'd be neat if it was more atmospheric music instead of ordinary, non-spooky stuff. Haunted hayride and the haunted house were very well done and enjoyable. The haunted corn maze was a waste of time this year. It was more of a haunted big circle in a field, no maze. Overall a good experience, but could be made significantly better on a Saturday night with a live band, food/beer trucks, and if the staff scaring patrons in the corn field were dressed in black. Unfortunately you could see them very easily before they tried to scare you. read more
