It's situated in a plaza and is your standard, pick up/delivery pizza place without seating inside (not that we can really eat inside at the moment). I ordered through their website and requested curbside takeout. When I arrived, my order was ready, and they placed it in my trunk per the instructions. The employee waved a friendly hello, and I was on my way. The food itself was solid. The pizza tasted fresh. The boneless chicken wings (I got with garlic Parmesan) were okay. Honestly they gave me a chicken nugget vibe (which is basically what boneless wings are anyway) but it was just lacking something. Ordered on a Friday night, was delicious and here quickly! The cauliflower bites were insanely good and not too crispy. Calzone was good and you can pick three toppings so we had a Hawaiian calzone. Also got the Greek and caprese salad both were fresh and presented well. The produce was fresh fresh! Only critique is on the pizza. We got the ultimate supreme, which was amazing and SUPER COLORFUL! Let me start out by saying that I have ordered from Newburgh Station in the past and I have always been very satisfied. This particular time wasn't quite the same result. I ordered a pizza from Newburgh Station last weekend. A large, round with old world pepperoni and cajun crust. I went to pick up the pizza and the person working the front counter was not following good mask protocol (pulling down mask to talk to coworkers, nose out, etc.). The individual was respectful and wore their mask properly when interacting with me. I work 40 hours a week where I have to wear a mask the entire time, so I have zero tolerance for poor mask protocol. It's not fun, but I deal with it every day and I expect others to do the same. The pizza was ready on time, but when I got home and opened the box, it was disappointing. First of all, the crust was huge. Newburgh Station typically has a bigger/wider crust (i.e. the cheese and sauce is further in from the edge of the pizza than average), but this took it a bit too far. It was a solid 2.5+ inches from the edge of the pizza to the cheese in part of the pizza. Crust is great, but that was too much. The amount of pepperoni on the pizza was definitely on the low side also. I know I ordered the old world pepperoni which is smaller, but some of the pieces had only 2 little pepperonis on them. I would have accepted an upcharge for old world pepperoni to get just a bit more. The cajun crust was good, but the amount of it was overwhelming. I felt like I was eating breadsticks and pizza instead of just the pizza because of the size of the crust. Since I have had good experience in the past, I don't want to be too harsh here. This particular experience was probably a 2-star, but I want to give this great local business the benefit of the doubt. I will order from here again, and I expect it will be better next time. The pizza from Newburgh is good for being in Michigan and is one of a few places I can order from (and this says a lot, probably 5 stars for a local/3 for me). The salad was very good and I would recommend that for sure. I do not recommend the wings, which looked like the sauce was tossed into the container first and the wings were placed in after. There wasn't enough sauce and the chicken/breading was an odd consistency which came apart easily (it also had a "texture thing" that my wife and I didn't like). I ended up tossing some hot sauce or bbq sauce on the garlic parm wings to give them more flavor. read more

We've gotten pizza from them twice before and enjoyed it. This evening, I placed a pick-up order and paid online, card company sent verification the payment went through. Went to pick up my order and they were closed! I called the number on the website and a recording informed me that message cannot be taken since the mail box has not been set up. If they were not open why did their system except my order and money? What business does not have an activated voicemail? Ended up having to go the Jett's Pizza but as least I saved over $20. During quarantine, Newburgh Station was our first restaurant we ordered from. Ordering was super simple online. We picked our delivery time. Our pizza, wings, and breadsticks were delivered on time! We asked for contact-less delivery and our delivery driver left the pizza on a chair on our porch and rang our doorbell so we knew it was there. The food was really good! The pizza was fantastic and we've ordered several times since. The wings were good, but my favorite were the cinnamon puffs. So good! A manager there named mike gave me about the worse attitude I've ever gotten on the phone. I liked going here before this call and won't go back again. I asked him 20 wings for pickup. Then when I asked him for what sauces he had. He responded with, "a lot". I was driving and proceeded to attempt look online for it and could not find the sauce menu because I was i was driving on the freeway. So when I asked him again if he could tell me what the sauces were he said, "We have a lot, I don't know what you want." At that point I asked him for the owners email or phone number and he hung up on me. Zero for customer service and a complete moron. Every specialty pizza is amazing, their crust is phenomenal, and the old world pepperoni is unbeatable. we exclusively go here every time we want pizza, so naturally we wanted their pizza at our wedding! Not only was the food amazing, but the owner personally took our order, delivered it, made sure our order was 100% correct, and helped make sure it got to the correct spot at the reception. So I came in on Friday Aril 7th, I have a little bit of a unique order which is ALWAYS accommodated and ALWAYS taste yummy, so quality of my order is not the issue. I came in and said " there is a woman who works here who turns a pizza into a sandwich for me" the response I got from the employee or owner was "I don't hire woman" I responded with "well there was a woman here" he said "well that was like a year ago". So that was the first turn off! You cannot make a sexist remark about not hiring women to a woman! Second, I paid with cash, the person who was working, took my cash and gave me my change, then immediately went to make my food without washing his hands. Then another customer came in and he did the same thing, then another customer came in and that customer used card, to which the employee/owner was touching all over the POS screen. The employee/owner then just rinsed his hands, wiped it on his shirt and continued to handle my food. I am sure this happens more often than we all thing at other places, but when you see it, first hand, it really grosses you out. I will not be returning as a customer due to sexist remarks and the handling of money and food. Side note, I was reading other reviews and I see that the owner will bash anyone who gives a bad review of his place which is totally unprofessional and very rude. It was okay! We ordered the family meal...came with lg pizza, wings, breadsticks, and a 2 liter. Let me start out by saying the delivery driver told me right away they over did it with the cheese! He wasnt kidding. Lol...we ordered a dill pickle pizza, it just had waaaaay too much on it. The feta bread was good though! Although they did forget it at first and had to pick it back up and bring it to us.....but he was apologetic and brought brownies back with him, which was nice. This was our first time trying so we got an assortment- I don't think you'll be disappointed by anything you get. Pizza was fantastic!! Wings were good as well as the Ceaser wrap. The buffalo wrap (although still delicious) was not your typical "bar style" wrap. I would say these have a much healthier presence to them. We did not get any salads but based on the wraps, my guess is they would be delicious also. Food looked like the pictures online (we were so excited to eat it we didn't take any). Second time was a delivery- took over two hours and got cold pizza. Third time, came to pick up 2 sandwiches and some wings; got there on time, had to wait 5 minutes in an empty lobby to pay. Guy went back to the kitchen, came up 5 minutes later and says 10 more minutes... that's 45 minutes and 25 minutes late for a couple sandwiches... like I said there food is good, excellent.
