I had a second floor bathroom toilet plumbing leak into my living room right before the 4th of July holiday weekend. I also had family visiting during the toilet leak and their company and scheduler was able to get me on their BUSY schedule 2 days after I called for service on a Sunday afternoon through American Home Shield - home warranty. By 6/30 Tuesday at 8AM, there was a plumber over to assess the situation. Then a remediation team arrived later that day. The home was remediated and cleaned up for a few days. Their attention to detail even with the plastic draping to protect the contents inside the home was very much appreciated. Their exceptional customer service and dedication to doing the job right truly set them apart. I will definitely refer them to family and friends for any future plumbing or restoration needs.
