ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!12/10! I am VERY careful where I choose…read moreto board my dogs or even care for them. I have two very different, full of personality huskies and I always trust WoofTang 110%. I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. Note: my dogs could attend our wedding BECAUSE of Lexi and Tai's training with them.

Kiko loves it here and I can rest easy knowing that he is safe and being looked after.read more

Highly recommended pet sitter!…read more We met Katie shortly after we had brought our Yorkie puppy, Chip, home. As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. One afternoon, we literally bumped into Katie on the corner near our house, and had a quick conversation! That led to scheduling a meet and greet at our home. Chip immediately fell in love with Katie and we loved how thorough she was with all her questions and follow-up questions! Hubby and I immediately scheduled a date night! When Katie & Chip had their scheduled walk & play time, we got the best video follow-up, with a text letting us know how the visit went. Katie even followed up with us the next day to see how Chip was!! Needless to say, we consider Katie & the Nona Paws crew a part of our family. Super responsive, super responsible, and an indispensable part of having a pet!!

First off, I am very impressed with their digital tools from onboarding/booking through the communication with the customer during their service. I saw it on my friends phone when traveled together and Nona Paws was caring for my friends pets. My friend has now used their service multiple times and feels completely comfortable with how they handle the house visits in her absence. The pricing turned out to be too steep for what we needed (long trip and two hrs/day) but it would have been a great deal if we had multiple pets as their price is per hour.

Extremely disappointing experience boarding our three pugs here. We booked a 6-day stay in a VIP…read moreSuite expecting a higher level of care and supervision, but that's not what we experienced. All three of our dogs got sick during their stay. One of our females gets stressed when separated from us, so that part wasn't surprising -- but the other issues were. We received a call that another pug developed a serious eye infection, which ended up costing us about $300 in treatment. Pugs have very prominent, sensitive eyes, so extra care should be taken with them, especially during a very cold week. We were told all three dogs were bathed the day of pickup. However, when we got home, our male pug had a very bad fungal rash on his paws that clearly had been there for several days. It's hard to understand how that was missed during bathing and handling. We also provided labeled, pre-portioned food for each dog with clear instructions. One of our females had stress-related stomach issues, which is typical for her -- but our male pug later developed a bladder infection and started urinating blood, which only happens when he eats food other than his prescribed diet. This suggests feeding instructions were not properly followed or meals were not supervised, even though they were sharing a VIP suite as we requested. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and not what we expected from a VIP-level service. Sadly, we will not be returning.

We reserved an Indoor Suite for our two small dogs for over the Christmas holiday and paid a $100…read moredeposit to confirm the reservation. I received a text confirmation for the reservation of the indoor suite the day before we were to drop them off. When we arrived to drop them off, the person at the desks was going over feeding, pick up date, and then stated that they were at capacity, and because our dogs were small, they had moved their reservation from an indoor suite to a Tiny Town Cabana, which is a 3 foot by 3 foot crate or kennel instead of the 4 x 10 suite and that they would be sharing this space. Two dogs in a 9 square foot space. I stated that that was unacceptable and asked the desk person to if I could speak to the manager. The manager reviewed the reservation and stated there was a glitch in the system and he had seen this on another reservation, but he was correcting it and our fur babies would be boarded in the indoor suite we had reserved. During or trip, we tried and see the dogs on the web cams of the play areas but couldn't, even calling once to check on them and were assured they were in an indoor suite. The morning we were to pick them up, we did see our dogs being taken out of a tiny cabana to go out side and play and then being placed back on to the tiny space afterwards. We drove to pick them up and let them know we were there to pick up our dogs. We were told total for the stay, which is was the fee for an indoor suite. I asked to speak to the manager while they were getting our dogs and viewed on the webcam of the tech gathering their food and taking them out of the tiny cabana. I stated to the manager, the same manager that assured us that they would be in a suite and not a cabana about what I saw and he went back to the cabana to check and see what had happened. He returned with our dogs and stated he did not know how it happened, when or why they were moved into a cabana or how long they had been there and that their stay was free because of the error. That was a nice gesture, but we never would have left our dogs to stay in such a small space had we known, and then to be asked to pay for the indoor suite, that they may have never even been in was wrong. Had I not seen them on the webcam in the tiny cabana, we would have never known, and had paid for services we did not receive. Our pets are like family. Thank you for the free stay, but we will never have our dogs board with any Pet Paradise again. If you should choose to, I would ask to see the dogs actual space, watch to see they are placed and really stay there throughout their visit.

Disappointed with the level of care. In every visit, they try to sell me more things that my dog…read moredoes not need. Last visit, they were supposed to do the anal gland expression, and they forgot. As I was about to leave, the nurse tells me that they forgot to do it, and they would do it now (before I left their office). I agreed, and they did it. Next, they charged me again for the anal expression, and then told me that next time it's included as part of the charge for the visit. This contradicts what they just did, in that they charged me for the visit and medication that they pushed to sell, and then they charged me for the anal gland expression they forgot to do during the visit. Then, my dog has been on heartguard and nexguard since he was adopted in December 2023. The order is set to autofill every six months. Today, they call me to tell me they can't fill my dog's heartguard because they want to charge me before refilling his medication. Disgraceful level of service. The staff appears to be nice, but they are being pushed by their owners, Dr. Medera and Mrs Rivera to focus on generating revenue over providing an acceptable level of care. There is a line between generating revenue and focusing on providing care, but when you push sales of things that are not needed, overcharge for services that were already paid for, and withhold medication when my dog has been under their care for so long, it is unacceptable and down right despicable. I will find a veterinarian that actually cares about their patients.

Past visits with Dr. Madera have been great but my most recent visits with my elderly cat Frazier have been with Dr. Wright. She is very professional, intelligent and a great communicator. She gave me all the information I needed to make good decisions for the health of our boy Frazier. We are grateful for Dr. Wright and St. Francis Animal Hospital.
