Although I was here for several hours 12:30-6am, my cat was cared for and gently handled the whole time. They were relatively quick with the tests they ran, and everyone was knowledgable and extremely kind. They do xrays on site and are able to triage several pets at one time. There are at least 3 doctors I saw, and so many vet techs who seem to love what they do. I really appreciate all that was done for my cat. I attached my bill as well to my review. Although kind of expensive, it is worth it to have my cat be alive and well. They did give me a discount, again, they were very kind. Base visit is $180 and anything additional will be added in a quote they will show you before more care is applied to your pet. They see cats and dogs, as well as other animals and exotic animals such as birds/rabbits/bearded dragons/etc. I would definitely come back here if my cats were in distress.

Over a dozen team members immediately assembled like a trauma center, working tirelessly to try and bring her back. Although we couldn't save her, their incredible speed, devotion, and genuine compassion gave Genie every possible chance. They treated both of us with so much care during the hardest moment, and I will never forget what they did for us. We need more emergency centers like this--if you ever face a critical situation with your pet, please bring them here and support this extraordinary team with your business and appreciation. Highly recommend.

There is hair everywhere so hygiene was questionable. while waiting I started reading the online reviews and completely started stressing out. They are all really bad so I explained that I decided to leave and go see Elvis's regular vet instead. The lady was very nice about it, we never saw an assistant or a vet, we left shortly after arrival without any service so I can't leave a bad review as that wasn't the case for me not seeing anyone.

They said they can only provide the checkup fee $50-65 and that services were additional the vet couldn't provide a price because tests may need to get done. This is complete bull ! Dont fall for this place they dont care about pets they care about taking money from people who care about there pets. I called my other location where my frenchie gets his yearly done at and they gave me a quote he's getting checked tomorrow by my original place! The only reason i went here was because it was an emergency and my original vet was booked! Now i see why this place was available they are literally a scam!!!

I would like to express my deep disappointment with the care I received at this veterinary clinic…read more As a pet owner, I brought my dog in expecting his health and well-being to be the top priority. Instead, I left with the impression that the primary focus was on maximizing revenue rather than providing reasonable and transparent medical care. During a single visit, I was charged approximately **$600** for blood tests, **$300** for X-rays, and **$500** for medication. The total bill was nearly **$1,400** in just one day. I understand that veterinary services are expensive and that veterinary professionals deserve fair compensation for their expertise. However, I also believe that pet owners deserve clear explanations about why each procedure is necessary, to be informed of all available options, and to feel confident that medical recommendations are based on the animal's best interests rather than the cost of treatment. I am sharing my experience so that other pet owners will ask questions, request detailed estimates, and seek a second opinion if they have concerns before agreeing to expensive treatments. Our pets depend on us to make the best decisions for them, and trust in a veterinarian is essential.

I had originally brought my boy to a different emergency vet and they did everything wrong, but I didn't know it until my pup was getting worse (much worse) within a couple days. I brought him to Dr. Hassan and he very quickly made a turn for the better. And when that same dog had a stroke a year ago, Doc did everything right. Dr. Hassan gave me 2.5 more active, healthy years with my pup than I otherwise would have had. How do I quantify what that means to me? I can't. The entire staff is incredible. They truly do care. My dog died in July. He was up at my parents' house in Georgia for a visit (their dog and mine were besties). He was fine when I left, but a few days later he was not at all fine. I called Dr. Hassan and even though I couldn't bring Floyd () in since he was out of state, after telling them what was going on with him, Dr. prescribed meds for him as a last-ditch effort. They filled them on site, I picked them up, and made a mad dash to get to him. It was too late by the time I got to him because I couldn't get the meds in him and he died just a few hours later (so the meds would not have helped at that point anyway), but just the fact that they gave me the opportunity to try means the world to me.

Our sweet Charlie ended up at the emergency vet with a bladder obstruction that required surgery…read more What started as straining to pee turned into a whirlwind of ER visits, anesthesia, and a major procedure to remove stones from his bladder. I don't usually share personal stuff like this, but I'm making this post for one reason only. If you ever have an emergency with your pet, go to VEG ER for Pets. When we were trying to find a vet to perform the surgery, our VEG doctor sat there and personally called vet after vet to get someone to fit us in. And when we finally found the right place, she stayed on the phone with the surgeon and fully briefed him on Charlie's condition so there was not a single gap in his care. They kept us informed, comforted, and confident that our boy was in the best hands. He made it through surgery like a champ and finally came home but after we got him settled, his temperature dropped and we had to rush him back to VEG. They immediately took him in, warmed him, ran an ultrasound to make sure nothing was wrong, monitored him until he was stable... and didn't charge us a dime. Because of how long this whole process was, and having to go back again, we saw three different doctors at VEG, and every single one of them treated Charlie (and us) with the exact same level of urgency, compassion, and kindness. That consistency in care meant everything to us. Charlie is home now, snuggled in blankets, eating, and slowly getting stronger! If you ever face an emergency with your fur baby, VEG is the place to go. We are beyond grateful and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I highly recommend this place if you are ever in need of emergency vet care. 11/10!
