My one big beef with them is that they push spray foam... hard! (because it makes them a lot of $$$). What they don't tell you is about all the flame retardants & other PROVEN cancer-causing chemicals that off gas for decades after the install. My mistake, stick with products like mineral wool. None of these companies do an actual insulators apprenticeship, it's a "this is what my dad & grand-pappy did" mentality, & it shows.

We started by having PA come in and apply 2" of closed cell foam on the entire building envelope. Then we applied a 1.5" layer of Dow Board strips over the studs to provide thermal bridge blocking. Then we had PA come back in and fill ouT the stud bays with open cell to provide a very tight and well insulated package. These guys do such a nice job. They take pride in the work and leave the job site super clean and neat when done. They take the time to protect the building elements that need to stay clean. Over all an excellent experience and I would recommend them to peOple looking to do it right.

Instead of focusing on the gallons of water flooding the basement, they pressure me into signing a contract for all restoration work. Don't need to get into the details, but it was a strongly worded non-consumer friendly contract. Then it is apparent that one of the workers doesnt know how to use the broken sump pump they brought over. And even worse, he is inebreiated and REEKS of alcohol. I asked them to leave. This morning I noticed that they had undone the water hose to the washer, so even more water damage for us to clean up. Go with servpro!

I got 3 estimates to remove mold in our attic. One was $1,875 the second was $1,683 and NE Remediation Services was over $8000 ! Somethings wrong there for sure ! The woman that came really did not seem knowledgeable. There was no explanation of what they were going to do or how . She didn't even walk around the outside of the house and in her report she said we had no sofit vents. WRONG ! We certainly do. They may do good work but we certainly will never know. For a $6,000 difference I would definately not recommend them.

I sent a letter to both the owner and the general manager, NO response! -Slipshod workmanship left entry points for rodents entry and death within my homes walls/floor (documented) Without doubt the most unscrupulous people i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!
