I wish I had called him first!!! Tucker called me back right away and showed up promptly to look at the project. He recognized its urgency and made room in his schedule to get to it sooner than later. His work appears to be high quality - when he removed the window, he was able to push on the wall and it would move a good 3 inches. He addressed the water damage, then reinforced the wall before putting in the new window - the wall is rock solid now. He is respectful of the needs of the homeowner. He mitigates construction dust as much as possible and cleans up after the job. He communicates well, giving you information and options so you can make decisions that work for you. He shows up when he says he will, or contacts you if he needs to make any changes. I will be using Thompson Peak Construction exclusively for my home improvement and repair projects going forward.
