So now we are currently at Shasta County Building Permit Center paying a total of just under $550 to get them to come out and inspect the roof and cancel the violation and her closing for her refinancing of the home is pushed out until all of this is taken care of. I have tried calling Sunrise Roofing multiple times to talk to them about this and they have not answered.

I spoke with the office today (owner's wife, also says she was owner) and she talked over me, wouldn't listen, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company for anything. She said she pulled two guys off a job and drove 2 hours to get to Redding from Red Bluff (?) And I told her then she should not have taken the job. I'm guessing they got rid of our paperwork in case black mold or other issues arose due to the water getting in. Be very very careful when dealing with this company.
