I was not having covid symptoms, but he was insistent I take a test. I've not had a cold in three years. I sweat once a month and have high blood pressure. But instead of addressing these issues, this "doctor" just tries to boost his ego and possibly his wallet by insisting I take a poisonous vaccine and a covid test. When I refused, he demanded I leave and made a scene outside of the office for everyone to hear. He ought to apply for a job with the pharmaceutical company. Because he's not interested in treating real medical issues. Good riddance! He used to be a nice person. I'm not sure what happened. Before the jabs were available in his office, he told me he wouldn't not treat me. Money talks I guess.

He took…read morein stride the fact that I insisted on wrapping up and swimming with my cast (the resultant light leakage of which required a blow dryer at home to rectify) and the fact at that my kid brother dropped change down the cast (which I'd forgotten about and which burned like hell from the heat of the saw as it was being cut off). My wrist healed perfectly and he took good care of me. Flash forward to 2011, I have a ganglion cyst on the back of my hand. It shrunk down to almost nothing within two weeks after I went in for my first appointment on its own, but the care I received was great. Dr. Israelski is a pretty high energy guy, and the PA was very mellow. Overall, they're a great team and were great to deal with. I've met a lot of doctors and PAs who were not worthy of any praise, but that certainly does not apply to any of the medical staff I've dealt with here. Even the MRI tech was nice and talked to me while I was stuck trying to lay as still as possible for a half-hour in an awkward (but necessary) position. Hopefully, the cyst won't come back. If it does, I know where I'm going. Update 1-15-2012: When you go, make sure you DO NOT leave without paying even if nobody says anything about needing to pay. I've now gotten a bill months later for $20 that says "Copay must be paid at time of service". Excuse me? When I go to the window after being seen and they set up an appointment to have my scan read and never ask me for payment...that's not my fault. I'm not mailing my credit card information out, and I really don't feel like making a trip out of my way to go pay what you should have collected from me to begin with. Ridiculous, but I suppose I have no choice now.

She was screaming for help from room number four, desperate for a glass of water due to severe dehydration. Nurses did not respond, and doctors did not respond, but after increasing her cries to a horrifying level, a police officer finally came to her aid. Eventually, a doctor walked in with a glass of water. She waited for several hours for an initial doctor's review, enduring the excruciating pain of a double fracture in her right shoulder. The doctor eventually provided some pain relief medication. When I stepped out of the room to get an update on my mother's prognosis, the doctor who had initially assisted us was nowhere to be found. After 30 minutes of searching and trying to find answers, we were informed that the doctor had left and would not see us because he was unfamiliar with the patient. The nurse directed us to the supervisor, who refused to bring in another doctor to help with my mother's ongoing pain. The lack of professionalism and compassion was hard to believe. While making another round to find help, a security guard started holding me like a prisoner. This lack of compassion made the entire experience feel like a prison show on television. This wasn't a hospital; it was an incarceration building, and that realization was chilling.

They both care very much about me my well being and my family. I've never had to feel ashamed and she had always worked with my dentist and other drs and explained to them about the program especially when other drs treated me less than respectful for my past. When i wanted to know about breastfeeding my son she was knowledgeable looked into study's and then spoke with the lactation specialists at the hospital. Was doing great in my program the whole time and she seemed like a decent, helpful doctor but she would only see me for Suboxone so I used a primary doctor for other issues.. The last few months in her program I started developing severe anxiety which caused me to have to go to the ER about 10 times in the middle of the night, I saw my primary doc for it eventually and was diagnosed with severe panic disorder. Being on Suboxone the pharmacy had to check with her for every script I was written, well needless to say she would not allow the pharmacy to fill anything stating to me that she did not like my primary doc and didn't even know how he got a med license yet she refused to treat me for it.. About a month ago she gave me something for anxiety finally, actually 2 things, vistoril and Paxil and she said if that didn't work she would try something different at my next appointment, well they didn't work. I had blackout episodes on them where I would be awake at night doing things that I had no memory of the next day, also within the last few months she took me from the dose of Suboxone I was on for a long time and comfortable on and began dropping it for no reason so when I went to my last appointment she out of nowhere just dropped me as a patient. She gave me 1 last script of Suboxone.. 30 8mg's when I was on 45 8mg's and anyone who knows this med knows that's a HUGE drop so now I have basically 2 weeks of meds and no doc and Sub docs are VERY hard to find because they need special seperate training to prescribe it. The other thing I found out while searching for a new doc was that she did take my insurance when she told me she didn't and made me pay cash the entire 2 1/2 years I saw her which is illegal. If I withdrawal from this med it can last a month or more so just stopping isn't an option. She left me in a very bad spot plus took a lot of my money illegally.. I'm thinking of reporting her for the money thing so no one else has to go through that.. I thought doctors were supposed to help and treat with care and compassion.. Guess this doctor missed that part of training. I would NOT recommend this doctor to my worst enemy and she definitely should be stopped from the illegal stuff she does. Definitely taught me a lesson about trusting doctors, she forever changed my views on the medical field.. I feel all it's about is money and how much they can get. She was mainly treated by Dr. Shane and Mary and the care was amazing. The Doctors, Therapists and Staff work together seamlessly. In only one visit they were able to figure out that I had arthritis in my hip, and I needed a full hip replacement. Four MD's failed to figure this out. Premier Care helped me find a great surgeon who confirmed their idea. I had the surgery and now instead of being in overwhelming pain and unable to walk, I am pain free and walking. Yes, it took time and hard work, but they helped me every step of the way. In my time as a patient there I have seen them help many others achieve their personal goals.
