After talking with the gal who answered the phone and explaining the mess we were in, they had someone go out that morning to investigate the problem. They called me back late that morning, gave me an estimate ( a bit higher than I anticipated) and said they could be there the next day. Next day comes, and lo and behold they show up! Upon completion I was texted by the owner for an increase of 300.00 It was more of a demand unprofessional text. I was thrown off by the aggressive text but in the spirit of being non combative agreed to pay the 1,500.00 Not even a half hour later I was given an invoice for almost 1,700.00. When I questioned it I was told I was a crybaby and that if I didn't pay it they would come strip everything off my property. I explained I would send him a check as we agreed and he has been texting me threatening messages all night. I'm not sure if he is drunk or high? I would consider looking elsewhere if I was you.
