We joined and he did the yard and garage. We paid for maybe 9 months of service, breaking down to 4 actual services. Michael never communicated when he was coming. We had no issue till he came unannounced and rang the doorbell at 7:30am. Within a minute of no response, he proceeds to place a ladder over our gate and decides he is going to "service" the yard regardless of our permission or consent. 7:30am door bell, 7:32am He is climbing over our gate and into our backyard. My family was in charge of the contract with his business, and since he could not reach them. He sent me several texts, harassing me for information on how my family was, and that he was going to put the account in collections. Once again, I was not included in the financial or contractual part of the account. My number was placed on the account so I can be contacted by Michael to allow him to service the yard, something he failed to ever communicate after initial service. But he managed to text me to collect for the service. I find the harassment to be threatening and concerning to say the least. I don't advise use of service as Michael has demonstrated a lack of boundaries and proper communication on his part.

Not only did he protect my house from the pigeons that have called it home for the last few years, he also pressure washed and cleaned all the area of the roof from pigeon droppings. Added grates and spikes to prevent them from coming back and even cleaned up any droppings left from the pigeons roosting. And I don't just mean spray off the concrete. He even dug in the dirt and rocks to get as much out as possible and cleaned up the front yard area where there was droppings! He also tidied up some shoddy work from the company that installed my solar panels. His pricing was fair and addressed all the possible future locations pigeons might want to roost to ensure they will be gone for good! Cannot recommend Amos enough!

Amos mentioned that he could make a device to deter them, or use a brick to do so. We opted for the brick for the aesthetics Amos was very quick about getting back to me, he texted me about the roof, which he said wasn't bad, we would just need to block off the water from the hot tub to the pool. Love Newman's! They are the best. The have really great and competitive prices. They always make you feel like a priority. I originally signed up with them through Groupon, they were able to set up an appointment right away. They answer any questions you might have and know the best ways to keep the pests out of your home. Recently I had a scorpion in my pool, called them and they were able to come over in less than an hour to talk to me and assess the situation. (And even threw the dead scorpion away!!!!) If you ever need them, all you have to do is call and they'll come as soon as they can. It's just me and my sister, so it's a relief to have that since we both don't want to deal with the nasty pests. I cried just getting the scorpion out of the pool with a net! And I love the ease of their service. Every month they come out and will leave a note in my door that they sprayed (now bi-monthly due to construction around my home). If I need my garage or inside the house sprayed, I just have to let them know, and be home of course! To top it off, they will send reminder emails and texts. And there's no contract, you pay month to month, so if you ever need to change (which you won't!), you have the option. These are some of the nicest guys you can meet in Vegas! Upon discovering a live scorpion in our dog's bedroom, I immediately contacted Newman's Pest Control. Remarkably, they arrived within just a few hours to treat both the interior and exterior of our home, despite my regular bi-monthly service being scheduled in only two weeks. Their responsiveness and integrity are truly commendable. Since hiring them over two years ago, this was the first time we have encountered a scorpion inside our home, which speaks volumes about the quality and consistency of their work. These guys are great! We recently bought a toy hauler that had been stored in California and only used a few times a year. Apparently the spiders had made themselves comfortable in it, but it was used enough that we didn't realize this till we were actually living in it daily, here in Las Vegas. I started looking around for pest control immediately. I contacted a few services and Newman's answered within a few minutes and before anyone else. As it was very early in the morning I didn't expect this at all. They had the best price and a guarantee for services. An appointment was made for next day and they were very thorough. This was back in March. We have monthly service set up now because I'm a major freak about spiders. Last week we had one on the porch railing(my mom found it and not me thankfully) and we called them. They came out next day no problem no charge because it hadn't been more than 30 days and according to them we shouldn't have had it there. I highly recommend them, you won't go wrong :) read more

We really like Newmans pest control. They've always done right by us but today was by far the best. We haven't had the interior sprayed in a little over a year and my spouse is deploying so we wanted to be sure we had everything covered as best we could before the departure. This is where Josh R deserves recognition as an outstanding Technician. He was punctual, polite, informative, and went above and beyond for our service today. Josh sprayed the entire interior, and exterior, payed extra special attention to each entry way, showed me a fault point where pests could potentially enter at our front door (I'll be having that repaired soon), ensured I had extra traps, and brushed off all the high points and corners of the garage and exterior. He explained every step of his process and why he did it that way. Today Josh made us feel like someone cared as much about our home as we do. I really welcome this opportunity to laud the service provided when I suddenly was invaded by thousands of tiny ants that found a way through into my kitchen and were feasting on some butter I had left out overnight in the room on a countertop. I called for help and it arrived within 3 hours. The tech quickly treated the problem and the ants are gone. While coming and going from my home to his truck he noticed that there were two large and heavy cartons on my porch. He asked if he could bring them inside for me and he did when I asked him to. Those two boxes of kitty litter weighed over 40 pounds and were almost impossible for me to move as I suffer from COPD and at 76 it would have been quite a chore for me. It was refreshing to find a company that went above and beyond in service to a senior/old phart such as myself. As such I can recommend this outfit to anyone who needs their services. First let me start by saying that I do not typically leave reviews. With that being said these men seriously go above and beyond! Our first time getting our home sprayed, not only did they walk us through all of their chemicals and typically where scorpions hide out, they also took the time to hook us up with a black light and glasses to see these little buggers. My husband and I have been using Newman's Pest Control for about a year now. Every tech they have sent into our home has treated us with nothing but kindness and patience. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain things to us. I love that they work around my busy schedule when it comes time to spray the inside. Last spring I had a large bee swarm take up residence on an opening where my satellite wires head into the attic. Technician Mike of Newman's responded within 30 minutes, took care of my problem, and even went into my attic to make certain the bees were isolated to the eves only. Thankfully they were. He reviewed the rest of my home, making recommendations to avoid and future occurrences. Later this summer, upon finding an scorpion at our same residence, I again called on Newman's for direction. Later that same evening, technician Kenny responded once it was dark out, and performed a detailed check inside and out using a black light flashlight, and thankfully finding only a few more scorpions outside and exterminated them. The Pest Control Company I currently use is great, but they do NOT provide Termite Inspection. Newmans Pest Control does have Qualified Termite Inspectors. I called everyone.... First time doing business with this company and glad I did. Kenny was kind, down-to-earth, professional, and explained what I wanted to know in regard to the process and chemicals. I also appreciated him putting booties on his feet to walk through the house as it was wet outside during his visit. We didn't really have any major pest issues for the longest time, but when the neighbors had their residence sprayed (with a different company whose prices were not as competitive), the critters started to slowly make their way over here. We'd been dealing with an ant (and scorpion) problem for quite a while, and nothing we tried seemed to work. Josh came out, took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, and explained exactly what he was spraying both inside and outside the house. I just started service with Newmans Pest Control and have to say I'm glad I found them. The first visit I have to say was very traumatic due to all the scorpions they found. The following day I found one in my house and I just sent a picture of it to Mike and the same day they were out to my house again. I didn't expect Mike to send someone out because I figured after the initial spray I might see a few but that shows the commitment to their customers. Ranked 5 stars because this is the only inspection that would do my inspection. My loan officer, buyer, and seller Realtors could not find a termite inspection throughout Las Vegas and its surrounding communities. When I tried I got the same outcome, machines or hub centers receptionists taking my information to send out a request for service to accepting pest companies, based on their availability. So I search for organizations that had a human decision-maker. Got my inspection 5 days prior to close; condition met. All the service team are great, today it's a big shout out to Josh R, really thorough service inside and out. Josh R always takes time to ask what he can do to help and what issues if any we've seen. Thankfully we've not had any issue! We live in an area that has a lot of scorpions and the service they provide gives us great comfort and has helped us prevent any intruders in our house. Newman's Pest Control DESERVES a 5 star rating. Whether I leave a voice message or contact them through their website, I always get an immediate response, or as soon as possible the next day. Bobby came to help me with an ant problem and was on time and so professional. He was kind enough to answer the one million questions I had (sorry Bobby!) and also took the time to explain what he was going to do on my property. So far I have seen ZERO live insects in my house but plenty of dead ones around the outside and some on the inside so my guess is that whatever they sprayed is super effective, but safe. I am very happy with NEWMANS pest control. Before I started with NEWMAS we had a lot of bugs inside our house and out. The biggest problem was the ants. Now we have no bugs except dead bugs we find once in a while. I have not had problems with scorpions, but my neighbors do all the time. Whatever they use keeps the Scorpions off my property. I started using this company when I found a scorpion in my home back in February. They were kind enough to come out the same day and spray everything! I signed up with their contract and I'm so happy I did. I had found a second scorpion 2 weeks later and again, out they came for no extra charge. They normally spray every other month and that's when I'm charged. I haven't seen a scorpion since (fingers crossed) and I recently had my interior sprayed, yards and garage even in between my monthly service. Thor from Newmans Pest Control was wonderful and provided excellent customer service. Answered any questions I had and was very informative, which I greatly appreciated. I have been with Newman's for over a year now and they are great. They come every 2 months and spray everything and everywhere. I never see bugs and if I do its already dead. I love how they power spray the outside, it has the best coverage. All the technicians they have sent are super nice and friendly. They most recently sent Josh R., and he did an amazing job gettting in all the small cracks along the block walls They are not stingy with the spray.
