I have to listen to their kid jumping around, crying and banging the walls constantly. They also love to blast their music during the day, but nothing is done about it (after multiple complaints). I've even knocked on their door several times but they never answer. I was advised they don't speak English, which I'm not sure about based on the music. Less than a month after moving in I started to notice Cracks in ceilings and walls. Called kendall and they said oh it's just settling cracks. Well here it is a year later and the cracks are multiplying and getting deeper. They won't fix again. Its shoddy work and cheap products. I dont know how they are still in business. They lie directly to your face. Look for a reputable builder. You can't trust this company to be honest with you. They promise yet never deliver. Poor workmanship low grade quality products and unskilled contractors. The superintendent couldn't change a light bulb if his life depended on it.(Stephen). Look at the reviews on BBB and you'll see the complaints. I wish I would've read the reviews before I laid my money down. And to top it off just yesterday the superintendent Stephen actually told me "Its to be expected since we built these houses out here on swampy ground! This should've been disclosed to me before They broke ground. I would've never bought here. Run far away from this builder and save yourself a big headache and go with a quality builder on Lake Conroe. I know I wish I did!!

Standard Cabinets weren't very good. But with Trendmaker... the standards were other builders. The rep was excellent. Very responsive to our needs. The construction manager Perry was great. Very attentive and professional. The customer service after we purchased was AMAZING. We purchased an inventory home. We noticed that it looked like one of the under cabinet light was never installed. Husband really wanted it. I did not think Trendmaker would fix this and told my husband not to worry about it. He insisted and called Trendmaker... they fixed it with NO ISSUES. Everyone that we have in our house to do extra things... talks about how well built the home is. He and Tri Pointe refuse to stand behind the customer when the products used in my 4 year old home are already falling apart, specifically my wood flooring. Brandon Bates is not at all helpful and is fast to blame the customer for the problems encountered instead of standing behind the customer and helping. The flooring installed in my home by Houston Carpets (by the builder) required a moisture barrier which was not used. Regal Flooring, the manufacturer, refuses to say anything except a moisture barrier was not used which was required in their installation instructions. This is when you would expect Brandon at Tri Pointe to step in and help their customer. This is not the situation with Brandon Bates at Tri Pointe. I have only used what Regal Flooring says is safe on my flooring when cleaning and have taken the very best care of my home. There is nothing I can do to save this floor as it was not installed properly and Regal floors will not return calls either. Brandon should help me with this but doesn't. RED FLAG WARNING - DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THIS BUILDER, YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH THE END RESULTS AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY.

We had gotten a quote from a corporate remodeling company before reaching out to Tico and it was astronomically higher and they offered no real customizations so we would have gotten a cookie cutter bathroom for double what I got my dream bathroom for.
