I appreciated the help of the lady working cashier, she went out of her way to find if they had a product I was looking for. As the other lady didn't even greet or offer to help me, whereas when other ladies came in she greeted them & offered help. I think it was cause of my age & race that she didn't bother to look my way. Regardless I'm a paying customer. Very disappointed, will not be returning to this location.

I do like this specific HomeGoods location since it is (for the most part), organized and fairly new compared to other locations. I took away a star though, because it isn't as big as other locations I have been to, therefore their variety and stock isn't as abundant in comparison to different locations.

However, calling in might be an issue as their customer service is very spotty at best. The website isn't the most reliable in confirming inventory, so perusing in person is usually ideal. At the end of the day, affordable stuff that doesn't feel cheap even when it is. More importantly, I've scored some impressive deals and almost everything was of good-to-great quality.
