Mark my salesman took the time to understand my needs and presented a flooring solution well within budget and the quality for the installed price is unparalleled. Manuel and the install crew truly blew me away. I was not able to have anyone on site to "supervise" the installation and had to fully trust they would do a good job. Manuel stayed in communication with me and sent me progress pictures and when I got to the house to see it that night I was stunned. The actual stretch and lay of the carpet was perfect and they had neatly rolled and stacked my remnants. But it was the cutting a square of it as a welcome mat that was the cherry on top, along with not being able to tell they had even been there. There were a few carpet fibers on the driveway but I seriously mean like six of them the clean up was SO GOOD. Call the folks at Carpet Giant (they do other kinds of flooring too). Your future self thanks you. P.S. Please understand and educate yourself about your baseboard situation before having carpet installed.
