I had to hire another planner who did the job in 3 weeks. I hired Veronica in May for my baby's birthday and 7 months later still nothing was done and she refused to give me back my money. She then texted me extremely threatening texts almost 3 months after my event to remove my one star review or she will sue me. She would then block me and then unblock me and continue to send threatening messages. This woman wants to keep her shady business practice behind wraps. She also threatened me about someone else leaving her a bad review. Her google reviews are mainly all one star reviews. She is the worst thing to ever happen to me. I wish I contacted the other party planning business before I came into contact with this evil person. I have included screen shots of her harassment. I have informed the police department and will take all legal measures should she continue to threaten and harass me. Her number is listed to show you she is the evil person behind these texts. Oh and she kept my money and did no work for what I paid her for. Keep that in mind. Google her. There is nothing but bad things written about her all over the internet let alone her google reviews. I should have read about all her unhappy customers and negative articles written To Veronica's comment: YOU are an absolute liar. I don't need to speak on whatever crap you're saying because a simple search of your google reviews will show all of the horrible reviews you have. If you google "blue ivy and Beyoncé" you can see articles of Beyoncé asking for a restraining order against this awful woman. Poor excuse for a human being! Literally everything she wrote in her response to my comment is a lie and don't entertain her BS! One simple google search will SHOW all her unhappy customers dating back YEARS!

Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. She's a friend for life!! I highly recommend her and her team. In conclusion: Do yourself a favor, stop looking and call Veronica for your big day!

I've always been a value priced dime-a-dozen haircut guy. My standard #2 fade has been the only…read morestyle I've done (outside of growing it long) in 20+ years. Granted a fade is very adaptable when it comes to styling so I've been able to keep it fresh over the years. Plus, it's a very standard cut so any place I have gone to has been able to get it right. That said I did happen across some BuzzFeed article singing the praises of an undercut and casually mentioned it to my wife - unimpressed she asked if I was young enough for the cut... Despite her sense of humor I do tend to defer to the opinion of the one who actually has to look at me all the time. Fast forward to last year: having changed barbers after a move to CT, my spot happened to be closed on a day that I needed a cut before a customer meeting. Not only that, but it was 5:30 and timing was a mess for the few places I looked up between Westchester and Stamford, save one Doorbell Barbers. Decided to pull the trigger, despite the heftier pricing, based on need and the posted hours. Labeled the "Uber" of haircuts, I wasn't sure what to make of the service but figured in a pinch it could work. I inquired via Yelp and got an immediate response before I could even roll out of the parking lot of my closed barber. Christian set me up for a cut later in the evening than most places provide so I already liked the scheduling flex. Christian was timely, professional, clean, and quick. The whole process is definitely as advertised and I'd highly recommend Christian's music suggestions. Where things got different for me was the cut. I laid out my usual line for a fade with a little length up front but ended up getting a solid update to my tired fade. The fade was well executed & though not a high fade, Christian managed to get me more in the "underfade" range with a slightly asymmetrical shape upfront. So with a single cut I was given an update to a do I've been getting for decades & my wife was not only pleased but 100% sold on the undercut vibe. I've since gone shorter than a 2 and long enough up front to move away from the glued up "faux hawk horn" to a far more refined comb + pomade style. It works pomp'd up a bit or even straight back. Long to short: not only did I get a great new cut, Christian provides amazing salon level service and quality without the hassle or severely bloated pricing. I highly recommend giving him a whirl and letting him know the style you're going for!

Both my wife and I felt that we were greeted by Christian warmly and he gave our nearest and dearest men something special to remember looking back on our wedding day. My father (who is a facial skeptic) has totally been turned around! He enjoyed his facial so much and all our guests were joking about how youthful he looked. Some might say glowing more than the brides.... ;) Thank you very much for the awesome setup of chocolates/bourbon, relaxing music, soothing aromatherapy and giving us a way to show the male members of our bride tribe how incredibly thankful we are to have them in our wedding and in our lives! You were absolutely worth the price and our gentleman looked and felt amazing! Cheers!

Queen Anne's was exactly that for us. We had about 75 guests, and were comfortable, but cozy. Here are some words that come to mind when I think of the space: chic, vintage, intentional, beautiful, versatile and lovely. Amanda, the owner, was great from the start. Patient, kind and helpful. Her experience was evident throughout our entire planning process. She worked with us to up to the very end, easing our little anxieties and assisting us with whatever we needed. The staff at Queen Anne's was amazing! We were so pleased with the above and beyond service. A room flip was needed after the ceremony, for the reception. It was done in a timely, efficient fashion, and for that, we (and our guests), were so grateful. Food was exactly what we expected- and delicious. We opted for food stations, rather than a formal sit-down dinner. Appetizer platters, salad, sliders and pizza. Everything was fantastic. No complaints from us or our guests. We had a blast! Our wedding was everything we wanted and more. Queen Anne's and Amanda have so much to do with our unforgettable experience! 15/10 recommend. P.S. Photos by Mat & Ash Photography (the best)

Amanda was always available for any questions and there on the event day to ensure it started without a hitch. Would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a romantic and enchanting spot in Newport.
