They are under new management, I have been going there for approximately 6 months and have not had any issues. I also accidentally left my EarPods in my suit jacket and they were put in lost and found. Im so lucky they have honest people working there and was able to get them back. I believe their prices are competitive and their turn around time is great. I can't say enough about the girls in the front, they are always nice and have great customer service and truly want to turn the reputation around. Terrible customer service, brought a t-shirt, 501 jeans, and black cargo shorts. T shirt was filled with wrinkles, jeans were not even pressed on the seems, and my cargo shorts are covered in wrinkles and couldn't even be hung up correctly. If I could I would put zero stars. I came in this morning and stood in line for over fifteen minutes. The employee was very slow, rude, and unprofessional. I have been bringing my clothes here for over eight years, never was I charged $10 for a dress. It says $3.50 cleaners, so why would I pay $10 for a regular dress?!?!? When I mentioned this to the employee she turned nastier and more disgusting. Well I guess you lost me as a customer. We dropped off two jerseys on Friday 12/16/16 and picked them up just before they closed the very next day, on Saturday 12/17/16. They are closed Sunday and we needed the jerseys for Sunday's Cardinals game. We didn't notice the damage until we pulled the covers off Sunday morning but I don't think there's anything they can do because they actually burned the front side of the jersey. We will be calling them tomorrow to see if there's anything they can do to resolve the issue. The other jersey is fine. We've dropped off our jerseys and lots of other clothes before for several years now. We've never had an issue or a damaged piece of clothing before. See the pictures included with the black jersey. My husband and I have been loyal customers for 7 years. We loved the staff until yesterday, Oct. 15, 2018 around 5:00 pm. We were out of the country for a few months and came back to this place thinking we will see smiley faces welcoming us warmly and calling us by our name. I was so shocked by the rudeness of these two women. The one who try to "help" me told me to start separating my clothes. I was surprised because even the owner of this place (maybe it is under new management?) never have us separate our clothes (new rules maybe?). If so, that is fine, but there are no excuse for the rude behavior. No class whatsoever ... but what do you expect?! Regardless, The evil looks from the other woman and the rudeness from the woman attending to me was enough for me to leave and say - I am going somewhere else. And this woman says - "Okay". My husband took in his suite, 2 long sleeve dress shirts and a coat, all name brands, when he went to pick them up he was told they couldn't find it and it might have been given away. The manager remembers washing everything but obviously won't confess to giving it out to the wrong person. Never will go here again. Customer service is the worst. I went this past Saturday to get my clothes for an important dinner that night & they had just closed at 2:00 it was 2:05. But I forgave and sentry husband over with his clothes they gave him the wrong suit pants. We never recovered the right pants. I forgave again and sent some friends there. This is the worst business I have ever been to. I dropped of a very expensive Matouk comforter to be cleaned. When I returned to pick it up today I was told I could not have my comforter till I paid $10 more than what I had already paid. Stephanie stated if I wanted to talk to the manager I could, but that she is on vacation, and did not know when she would return. When I told her that, that was not fair she throw my comforter at me, and told me to "fucking take it." I proceeded to walk away, and both Stephanie and Barbara started to curse at me. I've gone here a few times and they've always been friendly and done a very good job on regular stuff. It's in alterations or special items (like comforters) that they're really lacking. Everything has to be sent out and the time frame can vary anywhere from a couple of days to as much as a week. If they did everything in-house, I'd use them a hellovalot more. read more

If I could give it a Zero rating I would. The only nice part about this place is the staff is quite friendly. If you send your shirts to the Laundry, expect them to have more wrinkles in them then when you dropped them off. You show to the staff and they look as if you are speaking Alien when you show the creases are off as well as more wrinkled due to the way they place them in their bags. I'm sorry but I don't think I will be returning to this place. The reviews above are fairly accurate and I should have taken the advice. I took clothes to get dry cleaned about three times and the clothes have been coming back in worse shape then I sent them. 1st time I took a set of uniforms in and they were returned in pretty good shape except the sleeves returned with railroad tracks (double creases) from top to bottom. It took me about 7 minutes to get them out. 2nd time I asked the lady if I could get the tops I brought in dry cleaned, and another one pressed. She looked at me and asked if I wanted them dry cleaned and I said yes but also pressed. At that moment it looked like someone took a dump in her oatmeal because she dropped my shirts on the counter gave me this I'm going to kick your butt look and said " there is no point in dry cleaning and pressing the shirt also" I stepped back and said "Ok". Paid and left like a child who just got scolded by his mother. I picked my stuff up and again I had creases every where. 3rd time I wanted to take them to another dry cleaner but I was in a big hurry. Dropped them off and I picked them up this morning. My pants were ok but both my tops didn't even look like they were touched. One shirt came back with tons of wrinkles and red and white fur all over. It took me about 45 minutes to get the wrinkles and whatever that fur stuff was off. Bottom line, don't even bother. read more
