Every person is so kind and caring and want to help no matter how big or small. I see Allie, twice a week and she has made me not wake up in pain for the first time since my stroke. This isn't any normal PT, they don't do the same thing every time and send you home with more at home exercises then you normally do in the hour you are seen. They work with you. They care about you. They want you to be, in my case, pain-free, and better after every session. Truthfully, whenever I have to move I am going to be crushed to leave my friend here at NPT & Co. And the ON shoes, sooooo amazing! they took a while to convince me and now I am sad it took me so long. my knee doesn't hurt as much after standing on my feet and I don't have to ask someone to tie my shoes. which being 26, and not being able to tie your shoes sucks and there were no cute alternatives! until these, super cute and super reliable.

I have to travel for my job and I don't always stay in hotels but opt to stay in an Airbnb or with friends when I can. I look for gyms that offer day passes or punch cards. Core's punch card never expires so I can save money and use it the next time I'm in town. They keep it on file so I don't have to remember to bring it. They are the cleanest facility with an upstairs cardio room in addition to the various machines and free weights. I highly recommend this place. The staff was friendly, the changing rooms and showers were clean, and I was able to get an early workout and shower in before having to go to my meetings. I like to use the C2 erg machine; they grease the chain and keep a fresh battery in the PM5 rowing computer. But that's not what's leading me to write this review. This morning, there was an older gentleman in the gym. He had memory issues: I met him once, but he met me five times. I noticed the owner subtly keeping an eye on him. When he finished his workout, the owner asked the gentleman's permission to call his daughter, then escorted him out. He did this respectfully and in a caring manner. When one of the other patrons mentioned it, the owner talked about the gentleman with as much respect and care as he'd demonstrated earlier. Honestly, the whole thing was so wholesome that I got choked up in the middle of my set. TL;DR: Great gym. Absolutely outstanding owner. Six, eight, ten stars.

Apparently, however when there is a billing issue instead of approaching their customers with courtesy to try to rectify the issue, they threaten to send them to collections. I received a text message from the owner this evening close to 8 pm threatening to send my issue to collections. This was literally the first time I was contacted even though the owner says I was contacted 3 times prior. She said they must not have my correct information, but yet she was able to contact me??? So how then could they have contacted me 3 times. It is absolutely ludicrous. Not surprising though, I did a little research on the owners. Young, inexperienced, and clearly ill mannered with no professional business knowledge. The only reason that the two locations of these gyms owned by this couple continue to operate is simply because there are limited options in our area.
