After a lull in working out, we were honestly dreading getting back to class as we knew we were super out of shape. The ladies (and one guy!) there however were friendly and helpful, and we didnt feel judged or looked down on because we were definitely at the bottom of the class in terms of fitness. I love the upbeat music, passionate instructors, and inventive routines to mix cardio, low impact isometrics, and weights while having fun. Even after just 5 classes, I've noticed a huge improvement in my tone and my strength. Getting back to barre has made me think more about my hydration, nutrition, and other healthy habits, and has been a needed reset in my self-care routine. I love that they have free classes for guys on fridays, margaritas after class once a week, and a motivating barre countdown for people who routinely attend.
