Dr. Darush. The wizard! Wow. I have been going to him for 7 years for maintenance such as Botox & fillers. He does a phenomenal job. I look better 7 years older than I did when I started going to him for treatments. He will recommend certain things I didn't even realize or see before.... Such as I chew on one side of my mouth more so he was able to even it out with Botox. My eyebrows are crooked that he fixed also. I never even saw one side of my face was different. Anyways over the years he has mentioned the different procedures that he does including "awake liposuction " I have been on a weight loss journey and had some extremely stubborn fat in my love handles. The manager was very cold and did not even introduced herself she made me very uncomfortable, then I asked are you the nurse she says no I'm the manager the nurse will be with you soon, 20 min later she walks me to an empty office no one around they just loved for me to wait and right after I walked into the office they have the iPad right on your face taking the picture before asking, really invasive, don't know where customer service when this time. read more

I went here for Botox to try a new place since my usual place was booked for weeks. I got the same amount of units I usually get and it wasn't the same result. After 2 weeks, I still have a lot of movement and wrinkles and I feel the doctor either didnt use as many units as he said or the Botox was old or diluted. If I could give this office a NEGITIVE 10, I would. I bought 40 units of botox. After ONE MONTH I could move my forehead and frown area!!!!! I returned to see the doctor and she blammed it on the botox. She said she the bottle might of been bad . The whole lot she bought, she buys in quantity !! Really !!! I have been getting botox for 15 years and NEVER had a problem with the effect wearing off in a MONTH !!! She said she would contact the rep and get back to me in a couple days !! Really !!! What do you think the rep would say ??? I am in the medical field, and you give the patient the benefit of doubt. !! Over such a small amount of botox to fix the problem and such a small cost to her is despicable. SO DO yourself a favor and run somewhere else. Here is a copy of an email I send Monday and haven't heard back... after going for a consult and decided on a procedure we had decided to wait until winter because the doctor himself said they had a shortage of anesthesia. I then reached out again (they really should have followed up) and was told they had raised their price $6k in over 3 months..... "seriously? a $6k increase? I was ready to do the surgery earlier but you guys had me wait because you didn't have enough local anesthesia . I think that's absolutely ridiculous.. It has been less than a year... I had my boobs done and they raised their prices only $1k in ONE WHOLE YEAR! $6k increase over a few months is insanity! You can't possibly expect anyone to pay $20k for that? I had to email you 3 times just to get that response.. great customer service ... Ask the doctor if it's worth losing the client because I won't pay $20k for the same exact procedure I was quoted for $14k only a few months prior and waited PER THE DOCTOR'S REQUEST because he didn't have enough anesthesia..." read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE organizational skills for appointments. Just came if for a 1 hour massage and I arrived 10 minutes early... I walked out at 1:21 with the therapist just arriving. I was told he would be with me shortly at 1pm.... 20+ minutes later is not a few minutes. The ONLY reason I will keep coming back to this location is because of my regular therapist, she just happens to be on maternity leave. Super disappointed with my experience. Came in for a consultation and would then proceed to do a laser hair removal session. The doctor seemed totally uninterested in talking to me and did not even bother to ask me any questions aside from where did I find his business. Worst consultation I have ever experienced, I should have left after. But, I regretfully did my full face and it has been about two weeks and a whole side of my face was obviously missed.
