I went with a WiFi until and after connecting it to the home network had some more issues. They were back out the next day and after a few hours of troubleshooting between Devon and Mike found there was a simple wiring issue in the crawl space. They are local and a family business, came the next day, met their promises of when they would arrive, checked with me to make sure it was okay to wait for the install and subsequent repairs, and were super friendly and kept me informed. The fireplace is double sided and the focal point as soon as you walk in. The main source of the leak was fixed but we were at a loss trying to get fireplace companies to help us remediate the lines to the fireplace.
