I can not speak to Kristen and Todd as seller agents, but as property managers they are pretty terrible. Kristen knows what she is doing, but forces you to deal with Todd for most things and he is bumbling at best, and a liar at worst. Kristen will save him when he falls too hard, but forcing customers to deal with him first is a huge let down and mistake, and honestly, reflects on her care of her clients. I like their service so far except one thing is how I got paid today as the owner. I do understand the first month is always the lessons learns but I think I should have had the information to get my money set on the first when I signed the contract. I hope the following months go smoother since now it's set up. I know the first month for anything is always a trial and error. I moved into a rental managed by Kristen and Todd in Feb 2024. The process went great, Kristen was always open to listening and negotiating the terms. Unfortunately, 8 months later, the owners needed to list the rental for sale. Kristin did everything she could to make sure both us and the owner were happy. She was able to move us into another one of her rentals down the street because she knew how much we wanted to stay in the area. Her and Todd were so helpful during the transition and made us feel like they really cared about us being comfortable and happy. Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, I went from one horrible management experience to an even worse experience with Kristen. She installed the worst tenant I've had in 35 years of owning my La Jolla rental property. It cost me a lot of lost rent and unnecessary expenses with her careless handling of my property.
