It's targeted at commercial kitchens/restaurants but is open to the general public and there are many good items for the home kitchen. There's a great supply of Winco (everything), Cambro containers, and Fat Daddio aluminum baking tins. The only thing that I didn't see were Nordic Ware baking trays (but the Winco trays look nice and solid) and also didn't see any cast iron (which makes sense since for a commercial kitchen is way too heavy and unpractical). I walked the isles and saw so many things that I'd purchased over the last 12 months, but had made a trip down into the city to buy something or resort to ordering online when I could have shipped here instead! Love the range they had here and will definitely return for future baking and kitchen organization supplies.

We bought a bag of marshmallows for $20, a peeler for $20 and a strainer net that was $65. I should have checked the prices before walking to register :p. There were multiple associates, some were helping customers with products, others were providing friendly checkout service at the register. I was little disappointed with peeler as it didn't peel fruits that well.

My kids loved the post-shopping treat. + Next to the downstairs food area there is a really cool light installation and my kids loved playing in it. + The upstairs cafeteria feels renovated and they have this really cool big section with play houses that my daughter loved checking out. Overall this IKEA is clean, spacious and well-stocked. We designed our own besta system and liked using the computers in the design area. There was also lots of staff there to help out. The one negative thing I will say! I don't recommend getting the pizza toy. The pieces don't Velcro to the pizza so it's just a ton of felt pieces which makes it a mess to store and cleanup, and plus just not that much fun to play with. My new besta piece is put together and for the price it's a very solid quality. I am a huge fan of IKEA and my last visit just solidified that even more!
