We are a family of 6 and thankfully have two bathrooms but as you can imagine, 6 people cannot share one small bathroom. We asked the owner, Don Delli, if he could adhere to a 3 week timeline. He provided a competitive estimate and promised to have the job done in 3 weeks unless something unforeseen happened. The Well Built team was in our house 7 days a week working on our bathroom. They were all very courteous and tried their best to allow us to go about our daily routine. As you can imagine, the house becomes extremely dusty and unorganized during construction, but the Well Built team cleaned up after themselves each day and took every precaution to keep the dust and elements from spreading to the rest of the house. Our brand new bathroom was finished within 3 weeks and it was better than we ever imagined. It is a totally different bathroom. We had asked Don and his crew to try to re-install our antique shower door. We did not think this was possible but this request was also completed without any issues. Don and the Well Built team are the best and we will certainly use them in the future and recommend them to our friends and family.

I was expecting our second child at the time we met Hasnain, so it was extremely hard to be onsite as much as I wanted to be. As first time renovators for our big job (gutting and expanding our one hundred year old house in Millburn, NJ) during COVID, pregnant, and completely overwhelmed, Hasnain held our hands throughout the entire process. When baby was born, I resorted to texting Hasnain in the middle of the night often and Hasnain always responded, even on weekends. He performed an outstanding job to our utmost satisfaction and we are so proud of our new home. My husband and I…read morepurchased our home two years ago this month and wanted to do extensive repairs prior to moving into it, which included the following projects: complete kitchen overhaul, removing a jacuzzi tub that was in disrepair and installing a new stall shower in the master bath, installing a new powder room on the main level, refacing the fireplace in the living room, building an entryway to the backyard from the kitchen, including stairs, and building an overhang in the backyard so we could grill all year. Timeline for all of the projects: about 8-9 weeks with painting of every room in the house. Dominic/Showplace had been referred to us by a friend, who had previously used him for a smaller project a couple of years earlier and had a good experience. We are very thankful. We lived out of state at the time and needed someone we could trust who would oversee the project. We also were going to be out of the country for 2.5 weeks of the 8 week timeframe, which made trust an even bigger issue. Showplace didn't disappoint. Dominic arranged to meet us at our house at convenient times (in the evenings or weekends) so that we could make sketches and plans. He also gave us a list of vendors to meet with so we could pick our materials, each of whom were fantastic. All projects were completed on time and on budget without any surprises. We later used Showplace several months later to replace our pool shed. His team poured a new foundation and put together the shed that we had ordered from Home Depot. It is a huge improvement from the one that was on the property when we bought the house. Each of the contractors and vendors that Showplace uses is professional. Dominic responds to any questions and concerns in a timely fashion - day, nights, and weekends. We love the way each of the projects came out and have Showplace to thank for it.

They damaged many of our belongings and created an unsafe environment for my 1.5-year-old daughter and our dog. The project was completed more than four months past the contract date, and the heating system they installed is a complete mess -- installed incorrectly, non-functional, and unsafe. His crew clearly did not know what they were doing, yet still claimed the work was complete. Now we have no working heat, and I have both a baby and an elderly mother living with me. I reached out to Eric multiple times to rectify the situation and received no response. He and his team were disrespectful to us and our property. Their work is extremely poor quality, and they refuse to correct their mistakes. Do not waste your time or money -- Eric is not to be trusted.

Eric does not stand by his word, does not care about the safety or comfort of his clients, and clearly does not take pride in his work. Compared to a lot of jobs they do, I am sure this was a small one but they were meticulous and we were very pleased with their work. They discovered that the original door had not been installed properly..They spent extra time and work to not only complete the work we hired them for but also to do what they could to correct the problems created by the original installation. They also did extra painting which was necessary due to the improper installation. We will nor hesitate to call them for any future work and will certainly recommend them to friends.
