I took a down comforter and cover to them. The cover was red and the color had transferred to the white comforter. They did an excellent job getting out the pink. I've been a happy customer of Next Dry Cleaners for years - since around 2018. Stephanie's always friendly, responsive and helpful. I'm writing this review specifically to praise them for a miracle job that they did for me last week. I had backed up into a freshly painted white wall wearing my favorite navy shell jacket. I immediately tried hand cleaning and scrubbing feverishly and then machine washing it twice but the paint residue was still clearly visible. I texted Stephanie the same day asking if she could pick it up ASAP to avoid it setting in more. Sue sent a special pickup the next day. And I prayed. I am thrilled to share that I've gotten my jacket back and there is not even a hint of paint stain left. It's 100% gone! I just want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to one of the employees of this company with a recent encounter on the road. I came across a Yorkie terrier running loose on Walnut Blvd southbound right near Ygnacio Valley Rd. on the side of the road and right onto the road all on its own. So I pulled over, grabbed a leash and a treat bag, went up to it but it but it took off into a driveway where I encountered this OUTSTANDING young man name Jeremy who had just made a delivery or pick up there. He immediately joined me (without my asking) in trying to corral the dog and followed he/she to a house nearby where it ran to and asked the man outside the house if it was his, which it was. I've not done business with Next Day Dry Cleaning Delivery, but with the likes of Jeremy for an employee, I think that speaks in volume of it's quality in customer service with the caliber of his likes. Thought I would try Next Day after my dryer went out; after I found my laundromat experience less than satisfactory. Oh was I glad I did. The owner was very responsive to my wanting unscented washing done; I wish I could fold my laundry half as good. So glad I tried them. Will seek them out again when I need to have especially large items done that do not fit easily in my washer!!. These guys are absolutely fantastic. Other than the fact that we're creatures of habit, I can't imagine why anyone would take the time to physically take their dry cleaning somewhere, wait however many days, and then have to remember (and drive) to go back to pick it up. I just leave my bag out front. Doesn't matter if I only have a few shirts or a bag full... it all just magically appears hanging on my door the next day. Their pricing is great. Next Day Dry Cleaning is as good as it gets. Stephanie is extremely accommodating and will go out of her way to help on the occasions where you need an emergency pick up. Each week, I put out my dry cleaning out on Thursday morning and they are at my door by Friday evening. No more going out of the way and waiting in lines to pick up my clothes. I tried this service many years ago after I won a gift certificate at my son's school auction. I was worried that my bill was going to be really high for personal service, but that was not the case... the prices are very comparable and I have been using them ever since. Stephanie recently took over Rich's Next Day Cleaning in Pleasant Hill, and we've been super-happy with her service. We use the Wash and Fold option- our regular (non dry-clean) clothes are picked up on Wednesday morning and come back clean and beautifully folded on Thursday.
