I have been using this cleaners for the past year because my prior "go to" cleaners for many years closed to enjoy retirement and I was not pleased with another one I chose and used twice. My "go to" now is San Ramon Cleaners that does excellent cleaning of my shirts, down comforter, & blankets. New buttons had to be selected and sewn on one of my shirts that would coordinate well with it and I was very pleased with its outcome And the lady there is always friendly and helpful as she greets you with a smile. Connie and her husband are miracle workers! After the first rain in months, I slipped and fell in the parking lot on my way to work. ...And of course, I was wearing white pants that day. I just knew my pants were ruined, but since these are some of my favorite slacks, I decided to do my best to try and save them. I hobbled, sore, soiled, and embarrassed, to a nearby Target to pick up some stain pre-treating solution. After getting cleaned up and changing my clothes, I applied the laundry solution to my soiled slacks, checked Yelp for great nearby dry cleaners and found this place. Connie was very kind, offered her sympathy and promised to do her best to remove the wet and greasy stains. A few days later, I returned to pick up my slacks. I was fully prepared for Connie to tell me that she had done her best, but that they could not be saved. Imagine my surprise when she handed them over to me with a great big smile on her face. I took the pants out to inspect them and they were brilliantly white. In fact, I don't think they were that white when I initially purchased them! I couldn't believe it! Connie told me that her husband had worked hard to get the stains out for me. I can only imagine how difficult it must have been, cleaning oil and dirt out of a white garment, but I can't tell you how much I appreciate the diligence and hard work they put in to save my garment. And at $8.00 for the cleaning, I would say that the price was more than commiserate with the experience. This will definitely be my cleaners of choice for the remainder of my time in San Ramon! read more

5 stars for their dry cleaning service, but 3 stars for the alteration. I've been coming here for a year and half and the lady (I believe she's the owner) behind the counter is always smiley and friendly. They do an excellent job with dry cleaning. I've dropped off dress shirts, suits, wool/cashmere sweaters, coats, silk scarves, etc. and they all came out fine. The prices are slightly above average, but I'd rather pay a little more knowing that they won't mess up my garments. I've only tried their alteration service once (during pandemic) and I wasn't very pleased. The shirt turned out to be a lot shorter than I wanted. I also noticed the stitches were kind of crooked; didn't look professionally done. Fortunately it wasn't my favorite or an expensive shirt so I can live with it. read more

So this place seemed very appealing to me with it being in close proximity to the business district where I work and the prices they offer for dry cleaning and alteration services. I live in Walnut Creek so doing my dry cleaning during the week is nearly impossible because all the places are normally closed so this place is my go to. Though I've only been once before this time they really set me back. The lady/owner who greets, does the processing and the work was really nice but messed up my order. I had about 5 or 6 shirts and one jacket that needed to be cleaned and I needed it back within two days because on the third I was going on a mini vacation. Needless to say, they didn't have my clothes ready so I had to go and buy new shirts to match the two I would've taken already. Fast forward through the weekend, I come to the store first thing in the morning when they SAY they should be open (I have attached a picture as well showing I am standing outside the store at almost a quarter to 9 when they advertise that they open at 8:30am). This now went from a slight slip up to an extreme inconvenience. I have a meeting in the city I am to attend today at 11 and low and behold the shirt I wanted to wear is still locked up in this place. My recommendation to anyone looking to use this place and you may have any type of time frame attached to your order here, DONT DO IT. It's not the hassle or the price. read more

So I usually take my stuff to a place in Albany, but I moved and have been looking for a place. This place charges $6 to dry clean a shirt, a bit much but okay. Picked up my shirts, put one on, terrible. Very wrinkled, as if they washed it and hung them up to dry. Not the fresh and ironed look you get when paying for dry cleaning. All the shirts were like this, over $100 in dry cleaning down the drain. Avoid this place if you care about your clothes. I'll drive to my go to place in Albany next time. read more

I give this business five stars they've cleaned a couple of comforters for me and the second one they chose to call me before they cleaned it and ask if this is a super soft comforter it may bundle do you want us to go forward that to me is excellent service they don't want to do anything that will damage any garment or comforter. I'm writing this review in regards to their alteration and pressing services only. I've had 4-5 pairs of mens slacks adjusted, hemmed or waist let out. All the work has been superbly done. Adjustments have been precise, and the prices for the work have been reasonable. Work has almost always been completed on time. Once when they did not complete the work when promised, she dropped the item off at my house upon completion the next day. That mean't a lot to me. If you're looking for alterations, I'd recommend them. read more

unfortunately i stopped coming here. i did not feel comfortable with the constant price changes and dishonesty. for example, upon dropoff, the prices were not written on my invoice. when i questioned why, the owner said she didn't know the pricing . really? the "owner" did not know the prices to clean specific garments? just wow. upon pickup of my garments, most times there would be price adjustments without my knowledge because she "forgot" to charge me because the garment was white or because the garment was linen. i'm sorry, but isn't making price changes on the invoice without the customers consent illegal? take your business elsewhere to someone/someplace consistent and honest and feel better that you did not get ripped off. read more

The lady doing the alterations is very rude. She was not thorough with my initial fitting. When I returned to get it fixed she fussed at me professing it was not her fault. I went on to explain it is ok let's just get the dress to fit. Mind you these were minor changes at this point. I guess she wanted to prove her point she showed me the receipt for what she did at the beginning. I kept explaining it was fine. The first visit she was rude, I felt rushed, and not understood in a way. Then this visit was equally as horrific. I'm giving two stars due to the quickness of my alterations. Talk about going ABOVE and BEYOND...long story short the hubbs needed his clothes a day before the actual due date for a business trip and Daisy (the owner) made it happen. She said if I could make it right before closing she could get the clothes in. They've done number of original hems on my jeans and they all look perfect. To my knowledge no one in the area can beat their prices on alterations.
