Parking: They have parking lot but you'll need to pay. Hours: Open everyday Monday to Sunday from 6am to 10pm. Last wash is around 8:45pm. Vibe: It's chill. Never had a bad experience. People come in, do their laundry and then wait either in their car or the available seats at the front. Note: Make sure to put a timer on your phone if you're going to wait in your car. Be respectful and make sure you take your stuff out right away cause people are waiting to use the machine. Oh and when you walk in, washers are on the right and dryers are on the left. Tip: Bring your own liquid soap so you don't have to pay or buy at this location. You could also go to Safeway across the street and buy detergent. Here's how it works: 1. Load your clothes or items in the washer (right), put soap at the top, tap your card, select water temperature and then press start. 2. Once that's done, then move your stuff to the dryers. Tap your card, select the temperature then press start. 3. Then you're done. Don't forget to clean up after yourself especially if you're washing pet stuff or shoes in the machines.

I noticed that the store hours on weekdays starts at 7:30 AM, which is amazing since the last dry cleaners that I was using didn't open till 10 AM which was inconvenient now and that's why I was looking for someplace new. When I walked in, I was greeted by nice man by the name of John. He was so friendly and nice, and then I told him that it was my first time visiting the store, but he treated me like I was a long time customer which was really nice. I also like the fact that when I walked in, smelled clean, and it looked clean inside. So, I dropped off my clothes formed John that I was in no rush and he let me know that they will be ready next week. I do like the fact that the store offers nontoxic dry cleaning. This is a future that I missed when I was going to my old dry cleaners in Walnut Creek and then moved to a different dry cleaners in Danville, which I was trying different places until I found the B-line cleaners . To put a long story short I was put in a small cold corner of the back room with a curtain and small 4ft mirror... the woman "helping" me was busy with all the customers walking in while I was waiting for her to help me zip my dress and begin pinning it. She was the only staff attending guests. Each a time person walked in, she would leave to attend guests 5-10 minutes ata time and after the third time, i decided to leave. Ill give her credit for trying but it was way too busy and unprofessional. Dry cleaning experience might be better than actual alterations here.

Today's visit, I had a zipper changed on my son's jacket and I had the hem of one of my dresses Fixed because it came undone in the wash. The clothes were ready for pick up faster than the original estimated date for pick up, so that was nice although I wasn't able to pick it up for a few days after the text message was received saying that the clothes were ready for me. The service is always very friendly and easy to talk to about what alterations I had in my head and what alterations they are able to do. Today both alterations cost $20 each and that's pretty average for the type of work requested in this area.
