Micro Center 07-28-26…read more My grandson is building him a new gaming computer. We chose to get the parts from Micro Center in Dallas, TX. They have everything you need and could want for your computing needs. It's overwhelming with so many choices to chose from. We walked around trying to find the computer case. Lots and lots of cases. That's when we met Tim. He was totally awesome and jumped in and took care of all our needs. My grandson had a list a friend made for him of what we needed. He took and made a shopping list for us. Then he asked if we wanted help getting all the parts. We said Yes! He was great, he took our buggy and took off and got everything on our list. I would say above and beyond what we expected. He had everything at the checkout counter for us. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Micro Center for all your Computer needs. Ask for Tim Hill and he will take care of your computer needs.

They get 5 stars in my book. I did meet the manager and he asked me if there was anything that he could do for me, so I shared with him how in the service department on the counter, the screens that we sign and use for payment were so dirty( like with people having sneezed on them or something it was so gross) so I attached a video. I did tell him I would appreciate if they would clean those and yesterday he told me he would make sure it would be done and he appreciated my feedback. I came back today and there was one manager and she was doing everything and she had to go back there and tell the guys to come help her! I think is so sad that her staff weren't wanting to work and she had to encourage them to come out and give her support. The guy I had helping me was not professional yesterday nor today and really could use some more training on professionalism and his presentation of himself and Customer Service. The female manager had to take over because he was so out of it. The male manager that had assured me he would have those payment pads cleaned never did it nor had his staff clean them, so I'm posting it here. What a shame. They have a lot of competition and it's a shame they can't get their act together.

Apple Galleria Dallas - Over 180ppl. Stuffy and packed

I simply wanted to ask whether my iPhone was covered by AppleCare or the one-year limited warranty so I could make an informed decision about how to proceed. Apple Support had directed me to the store because they couldn't provide a definitive answer over the phone. When I asked about my coverage, I was repeatedly told that I needed to make an appointment. I explained that I wasn't asking for a repair--I was simply trying to understand my coverage and wanted to know whether I could walk in the next day or if I needed to schedule an appointment. I even asked what the latest time was that walk-ins were accepted. I was told no appointments after before 7PM, whether you make an appointment or walking even though the store closes at 8:00 PM. That left me wondering why a simple question couldn't be answered while there were still employees available. Eventually, someone looked up my coverage and gave me the answer in just a few seconds. That confirmed what I had been trying to explain all along--it wasn't a complicated request. The issue wasn't that the store was closing or that you couldn't perform a repair that evening. It was that I felt like I wasn't being listened to. Instead of taking a moment to understand what I was asking, I felt rushed out the door. I left five minutes before they closed I just come in to ask you a question. The attitude I received made me feel as though I was being criticized simply for asking a question that I didn't know the answer to. Everyone has different areas of expertise. Customers come to Apple Stores because they trust Apple employees to answer questions and provide guidance. There is nothing wrong with asking for help. In the end, I decided to use my insurance instead. The process was simple, my repair is already scheduled, and I've chosen to use another repair provider going forward. I've been an Apple customer for many years, and I remember when visiting an Apple Store felt welcoming and informative. This experience was very different. My hope is that customers are treated with patience, respect, and professionalism, even if the answer is simply, "We can't help tonight, but here's what you need to know."
