I ordered delivery from uber eats and the burgers came in flimsy paper wrap, instead of proper boxes, and the bag wasn't sealed, everything arrived open and exposed. Tiny and expensive for what you get, and the amount of salt was overwhelming. The burger itself was nothing special: small, poorly balanced flavors, and completely ruined by how oversalted it was. Definitely not worth the price. And even if it was cheaper, it would still be a bad experience tbh.

Ok so glad to get dinny from all vegan place in Austin! Appreciated ordering on kiosk, sometimes a bitch feels mute. Whole Foods had plenty of seating to eat it at. Got the hickory hunny chicken bucket. Tendies were good, what you would expect ... did like the sauce on them for sure! Fries were kinda mid but the ranch was bomb so they were pretty much just my sauce vehicle anyways. Coleslaw was pretty mid but nice that it came with the meal. For like $16.5ish before tip, it was good--needed a solid meal and it delivered. Love the veg representation. Whole Foods is a good vibe. can't complain

Located inside a Whole Foods, I was craving a burger and decided to give this one a try. I ordered the buffalo chikn sandwich, and it was just okay--I wished the patty had been crispier. For the size, the price of the burger felt a bit steep.

Service at the counter was great. Didn't order using the kiosks because I didn't know how to use the BOGO from the app. They asked for my number and as soon as they were finishing up packing my order, I received a text to my phone. I ordered the limited edition burger with a side of onion rings (forgetting that they come on the burger as well). I really liked the onion rings! They were slightly on the oily side but they were really crunchy when I got them. There was the option to either order 6 onion rings or 10. I also picked the chipotle mayo as a side for that which I think came without extra charge. The burger...well, my advice would be to start on the end/side with the onion rings or the burger will lose its shape towards the middle of your eating. The patty was pretty bland with most of the flavor coming from their mayo and onion ring toppings. I would love to try their other flavors-- since this is a limited edition burger I don't think it's super indicative of their other flavors. Since this is located inside the Whole Foods, there were plenty of seating options!

Inside of Whole Foods! Burgers are pricey at $11+ for the most part, but good. Tried the SoCal burger which has an interesting quinoa patty that is a bit crumbly. I will say I've learned I'm not a huge fan of tempeh bacon as a sub for bacon. I may go for more of the impossible patties next time. Whole Foods parking lot available for parking. It gets crowded but there's an overflow parking garage.

Pricey but delicious. I had the chickn burger with guacamole added and it was phenomenal. I also had the loaded fries but that was too much. It was good but just a bit too much. Will be back!

When Next Level Burger opened up in Concord, I remember being distinctly unimpressed. That memory stayed with me, keeping me away, but now I regret that time apart because the Austin location is a whole different story. Located conveniently inside the North Lamar Whole Foods, you have the luxury of abundant, free, covered parking, and can get all your healthy groceries while you're there. I like to think of it as an incentive for the effort. Head down to the front of the store, by the salad bars, Amazon return center, and Juiceland outpost. What makes this place special is the people. I've never had such patient, friendly, and kind service even when the app is bugging out and no one can make it work. They will find a way to make it right. I'd wait any amount of time to get my hands on these amazing sandwiches, especially the crispy chicken! I know it's a burger place, but trust me, you NEED the crispy chicken. It's immaculately fried, resoundingly crunchy, comes on a soft and buttery bun, and has genuinely fresh, crisp veggies on top. It's just perfection. The onion rings also deserve a shout-out. Again, flawless crispy finish, and the onions are tender, so they don't end up pulling out of the batter like gross oniony worms. Get the chipotle mayo and dip to your heart's content. Yes, everything is vegan. No, it doesn't taste like it. Yes, you want to find out for yourself.

So delicious!!!! Conveniently located inside Whole Foods. They also have an app reward program and you can get freebies! Everything was great and entirely vegan. I had the SoCal burger and sweet potato fries-it's really a hard choice on the menu. I think I made a great choice and even after eating every bite, didn't feel as heavy as most fast food places. My husband (non veg) also really enjoyed his classic cheeseburger and tots. Already planning to come back asap!

I didn't realize this was inside Whole Foods but the directions led me there and a worker told me where to go. Delicious food, would love to go Back and try more options. No Indoor seating that I could see so I sat outside where there were tables. Plenty of parking in WF lot

Absolutely loved this place !!! customer service was on point, very kind and respectful. food was extremely good if ur vegan and in the austin area u have to try. 10/10

We ordered from the touch screens on the side of the counter which was easy. The food came out pretty quick and accurate. The employees were friendly and helpful. I'd give it a higher rating if it wasn't so expensive for what it is. It's good but nothing special, kind of reminds me of freezer vegan food. Also the ranch and special sauce was an extra charge but it wasn't great. Nice to see an accessible all vegan option anyways!

I walked away from eating here so conflicted. I'm visiting from out of state, staying with family that lives in Pflugerville. My brother who works in Austin has been excited for me to visit because I went plant based a few months ago and he has been raving that Austin has so many wonderful options for this lifestyle. After spending the morning and most of the day exploring Austin I was beyond excited to go eat at Next Level Burger. I had spent a few days before looking up a place to indulge because I do cook predominantly at home. Every single item sounded amazing and rich! The prices were extremely reasonable. I was in love with the fact that they use coconut to make their ice cream, I couldn't wait! The location! Great location, inside a Whole Foods along with 2 or 3 other for choices(ideal for the whole family, even if not all are plant based/ vegan/vegetarian). Whole Foods itself had a great variety of food choices so there is no need to fret about everyone finding something to eat. My husband walked the aisles to find something for him as i looked over the menu. Customer Service This is where I reduce my stars. I went 16MAR22 at around 1500. Both kiosks were being used to order from. I noticed there was a lady who had just got done taking an order, she hadn't been there for at least 10 minutes when I first arrived(I imagine that that was due to it being busy/ her having to fulfill orders). I had my nephew by my side and had my husband on my phone and I told him to hold while I ask questions and order before I walked up to the counter. The conversion went like this Me: Hello, I'm able to order with you correct? I ask because I see the kiosks but I just want to make sure Cashier: Well yeah(looks at the register) Either way its going to be a while. Are you ready to order Me: Yes Cashier: You do know that this is a vegetarian place do you? Me: Yes, I know I read your menu Cashier: ok I proceed to order and I asked two questions, after the first question the cashier verbalizes annoyed and exasperated "Do you need more time to look over the menu and order?" I was so surprised at the response and tone that I rushed to order JUST to not interact with this woman any more. She let's me know when to insert my card and before I insert my card she starts to walk away and verbalizes "it'll be a while before your food is ready". Doesn't offer me a receipt, just walks away. At this point my husband had walked over to me and was angry, he had heard the entire interaction via the phone and asked me why I even went through with ordering at this establishment after hearing how rude the employee spoke to me. I told him it was purely out of hunger and the location at this point. *The cherry on top!* When my order was ready I asked her if I could have a fork She replies "Why do you need a fork?" Annoyed with her response I calmly asked"Do you have utensils here or not ma'am? " She then turns and walks 2 steps to get me a fork and puts it in my bag. I truly felt like an annoyance to this woman, so much that I walked away irritated. The reason I wrote at the beginning of this review that I left conflicted was because the food was amazing. I come from hospitality and food service. I know how to treat my guests and ensure each interaction and experience be a positive one. With these past two years I understand the stress that many businesses have gone through just to stay open. That's why I truly love supporting small businesses and growing establishments and believe leaving honest reviews and experiences like this are important. I ordered so hurriedly that I didn't even order the shake or sides I wanted. I told him my husband that I might consider coming back, if we pass by Austin again but this experience was not great solely due to the customer service I received.

So we thought we would make a whole night of it. Tiffany did make reservations for us for 7pm and even though this is a bar hopping neighborhood, even at 7pm it was pretty busy. Streets were full of people. Anthem had a vibe. I felt the energy as soon as I waked in. The cozy booths with the U shaped seating with plush green velvet fabric. Wait staff wore Hawaiian shirts. Sitting up behind me on a ledge was the Easter Island statue. Insert (Night At The Museum) here, dumb dumb give me gum gum. Anthem was our first stop tonight. Just drinks and a dinner. I ordered the Peach Fuzzy drink. Not too sweet, refreshing, peachy, and beautiful garnish of a flower. I ordered the Yummy Fries which looked like a salad. Gorgeous presentation. Fries were actually waffle sweet potatoes. Pickled ginger, sesame seeds, furikake, aïoli and a few other wonderful ingredients. Could not get over how beautiful everything looked. The first thing that stood out was the beautiful ambiance. The restaurant offers both stunning indoor and outdoor seating, making it perfect for any occasion. Since we planned to bring our dog, we called ahead to confirm outdoor seating availability. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and promptly guided to the outdoor patio. Before we even had a chance to ask, the staff brought a bowl of water for our dog, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Another touch that made the evening special was that the staff acknowledged our son's birthday upon arrival and presented him with a birthday card signed by team members. It was a simple but incredibly sweet gesture that made him feel celebrated. For drinks, my husband ordered the Swedish Fish Punch, while I enjoyed the Family Business German Pilsner. For appetizers, we shared the Burrata and a salad that is no longer on the menu. The salad featured cashew butter and was absolutely delicious. Both appetizers were beautifully prepared, flavorful, and generously portioned for the three of us. For the main course, we decided to share two dishes. I wanted to try a vegetarian option, and our server was extremely helpful, offering several menu items that could be modified. I chose the Mafaldine pasta, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. It was rich, flavorful, and unlike any pasta dish I've had before. Every bite was outstanding. My son ordered the salmon, which was equally delicious and perfectly cooked. Both dishes were satisfying and filling. Since we wanted to save room for dessert, sharing the entrees turned out to be the perfect decision. We ordered the Pistachio Crème Brûlée and Sticky Toffee Pudding, and the restaurant also surprised our son with a complimentary birthday cake complete with a candle. All three desserts were exceptional and a perfect ending to the meal. Eberly is definitely a high-end dining destination and an excellent choice for special occasions, celebrations, or gatherings with family and friends. The indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful and spacious, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and every dish felt carefully crafted with unique flavors and attention to detail. What impressed me most was that every aspect of the experience--from the hospitality to the food and special touches--felt intentional and genuine. We left feeling celebrated, well-fed, and already looking forward to our next visit.

Always fresh and delicious! We came in at 2pm and were served about 15 minutes later! The fruit…read morewas fresh and ripe! The turkey avocado sandwich (my husband enjoyed it) and the hot chicken sandwich was so good ( a little spicy but very well seasoned! My 9 yr old daughter had the chicken fingers kids meal (not pictured). She enjoyed it but the portions for the kids meal are a bit small so keep that in mind. All in all, we will definitely be back to try new items!

Pro tip: Check for daily happy hour times! Sunday HH is between 5 & 7!! On a Sunday!! A fun…read moresurprise. Dish Society is a solid spot to gather with a group at any time throughout the week. With a point system to accrue benefits over time, and at each visit, and impressive happy hour specials for both food and drinks, it's hard not to visit more than once. Every member of service either greeted us, or supported our needs with a smile. Calvin, especially, made sure every step of our experience from walking in through ordering was special. While we didn't indulge in the beverages, we enjoyed the $10 burger special which also came with fries! We paired this with a side of a $6 Caesar Salad (really tasty and thrown together with thinly sliced cabbage, roasted chickpeas, and popcorn chicken). Next time, I'd really love to try the truffle mac and cheese (which was also on HH). We weren't aware of the upcharge for swapping out the slice of American for Cheddar (+$1.50), which would've been nice to know ahead of time, since we both got burgers and wondered about the swap...but lesson learned. Also, BIG lesson learned...the parking validation is for only two hours! We were having such a lovely time at Dish Society, but exceeded the 2 hrs (by an extra hour) and got charged a significant amount for parking. Next time, we will certainly park on the street. We tried reasoning with the parking attendant and they wanted no business in understanding we were patrons of the restaurant. It was certainly an unexpected shock, and didn't leave the best final touch of our evening (specifically in that parking garage). It's unfortunate that we got penalized for enjoying our time at dinner.
