Big shout out, to: Jeremiah, Steve, Johnny & Eddie, who slogged on, and accomplished a small miracle. What had only been in my head became a full fledged reality! I suspect this may have been their biggest job of this type in Beaumont for a long time, the car had sat for a number of years prior to my purchasing it. Glanz performs magic, I can not say otherwise! Their ceramic coating is beyond words. After the rain early this morning, merely a wipe down using a microfiber cloth erased any details of the predawn precipitation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! No need to take the long journey to Houston, nor expect this level of commitment from lesser mortals in the area. GLANZ IS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!

The way that management handles issues is unacceptable. I just purchased a new car a week ago, and decided to go here for my first car wash. After going through the tunnel, I got out to vacuum and realized that my license plates, frame, and bolts had been ripped off the back of my car. I went back around to the check-in kiosk to tell them about the issue and showed them pictures of my license plate. The manager looked very inconvenienced that he had to go look for it, which I understand, but he came back with SOMEONE ELSE'S LICENSE PLATE that apparently also got torn off. I told him that it was not mine, and he went off to look for it again. He only came back with the license plate, but the bolts and frame were still missing. So I was very nice, said thank you for looking, and I drove off. I quickly drove back around and politely asked the attendant if I could get a refund, since my plate was torn off and I didn't receive half of the parts I came there with. I was going to have to order new materials, since I cannot drive around with no back plate. She went off to ask him, and they spoke for a long time before she came back and told me that they cannot offer a refund. He walked to the car and just stared into my car, saying nothing, looking annoyed. She told me that they can only offer a VIP package. The manager told the attendant to ask me AGAIN for pictures of what the license plate looked like attached to my car BEFORE the incident, as if he didn't believe me. Even though he personally handed me the license plate after looking for it in the car wash tunnel. He then continued to talk to the attendant (NOT ME), and I heard him say something about it's not his fault if the car gets damaged, and he continued to stare me down. Finally, the girl gave me $8 cash, and I got to leave. I understand situations like this happen, and it was a machine error, but this hasn't happened in my 9 years of owning a vehicle. The other issue I have with this is that I never once spoke directly with the manager; he spoke through the employee who was checking everyone in to get a car wash. I also get that it's $8, but it's the principle, and that he handled the situation so poorly and offered no accountability, or even a single word. So long story short, I don't recommend this car wash. And the management needs major improvement.

They are also saying they don't have insurance to file. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! If anything goes wrong they will lie and claim they don't have insurance to pay out.

I've used them a couple of times because I've liked the ones in Dallas so well. It seems like every time I take my car here there is a new problem. The last time I took my car there, the car began to have a new problem immediately. This time, I took it to a new mechanic. He said the last people who worked on my car damaged it. They cut corners. In the process of taking my car apart they broke an eight dollar part and didn't replace it. Because I drove my car with the broken part, I bent the CV axle resulting in a $460 repair. I was just happy my wheel didn't come off on the highway. Not wanting to get into a, he said/she said between the two mechanics I didn't even bother reporting the problem. I won't take my car back there. Why pay premium prices if you are not getting premium service? Why give them another chance to damage my car? Would I use Christian Brothers again? Not the one in Beaumont. I am not sure about the others even though I have been happy with them. - How am I to know when a new owner takes over one I have been happy with and starts cutting corners? - What happens when THEY no longer stand behind their work?

They did…read morea series of repairs for about half what a rival mechanic shop in town verbally quoted me, and unlike the other mechanic were happy to give me a written estimate in advance. Then when another issue popped up within a day of collecting the car, they decided to fix the additional problems (which were not caused by them, but they'd missed in their initial inspection) for free--no additional cost to me. They were also happy to drive me home from the mechanic shop when I dropped the car off, and later pick me up and bring me back to collect my car. Excellent, friendly service. Highly recommend.

Derrick said they would be happy to do the work BUT to save me some money I could take a ride to Dayton Tx and visit HENDRY's i could purchase a new bumper and tailgate for hundreds less than he would have to charge me, Which I couldn't believe it, I thought that was awful nice of him. I did as he suggested and he was so right! I returned back to Newmann's to thank him again, They said if i was able to leave my truck with them they would have my truck ready in half of a day, i was more than happy to leave it, they took me home dropped me off and the next day they called me to inform me my bumper and sensors were installed and tested my tailgate and backup camera was installed and calibrated, Customer service and hospitality was off the charts THANK YOU GUYS!!!
